    Took like 5 hours driving back from London, and then got my mate to bring his 360 round (mine died ) and I can't for the life of me stop playing Rock Band. I think there's something wrong with me... how can I enjoy something that I'm so fundamentally adverse to... so damn much? Also...looking through some old photos... Man, I miss my long hair so damn much.

    You know what's infuriating? I spent ages trying to get the National Pokedex so I can transfer my pokemon from Ruby. I finally manage it, go to the pal park, and it turns out that I can't on account of my Diamond version being NTSC and my Ruby version being PAL. Fuck you Nintendo.

    Stoner Rock is awesome, but Auto Pilot has always sounded a bit too sedate to me, for QOTSA. Great song though.

    Fuck yeah!! Although, there is some cold Nando's left in the fridge...hmmm...I reckon toast wins it though. I'll be back. After more scotch and toast. Aww right.

    It would be more awesome if I didn't have to wait until everyone was asleep to plunder his booze cabinet, but I can't complain. I could well do with some food right about now though.

    I think the idea of having a favourite Nintendo "character" is inherently laughable, because they're just shells. I mean, does it really matter that Samus is a woman? No, it fucking well does not, she doesn't portray a feminine gender role. For all intents and purposes, she may aswell be a man. Nintendo characters fucking suck.[/drunk]

    I find Trojan branded condoms hilarious, because the idea of penetrating a woman under false preteses, only to impregnate her, is the best idea ever.

    Dude, I refuse to believe you can't sing. Just look at the photos. That is the trachea of a GOD. Also, I have these embarrassing spells where all I do is listen to metalcore like Still Remains and Trivium. And I have to say, it is fucking awesome.

    Oh man, when we meet. It will be the greatest documented moment in N-Europe history. Also I can't, in my drunkenly ecstatic state, stop listening to Tuesdays Gone. Best Skynyrd song ever.

    Same here man, they were a pretty big fad during high school years, it got pretty annoying, but I do thing they're worthwhile. Flinkerton, yeah, I agree, the legacy of Soundgarden and Rage is always going to get in the way of Audioslave, but that's because Audioslave is the sum of it's members. You can hear the influences, and comparison is inevitable. I just don't think they hold up in comparison. No hard feelings though bro, I can see why you would like em. Better than Oasis any day of the week Speaking of Soundgarden and Nirvana, man am I fucking hooked to Rock Band. I know it's pretty hypocritical of me to say that, but playing along with the drums to In Bloom and Black Hold Sun is fantastic. Discuss?

    I've been drinking since I was 14, and I guess all my drinking buddies can testify to my excessive capacity for alcohol consumption. I just downed an entire bottle of 23% Sake, and I feel fairly drunk, so I guess thats your indicator of my tolerance. As for what Jayseven said, I'm not exactly fat, although I might be considered an alcoholic () so I guess my tolerance isn't going to be as high as some people, but I can most definitely hold my own. I can say that when I exceed the around 9 pint (within a couple of hours) I tend to get pretty down. So I generall keep within about 5 pints within an hour to start with and then it gets more gradual from there.

    Audioslave were aight, just not essential rock as far as I can tell. They only produced a few good tracks, whereas Rage and Soundgarden had full albums of classic material. Also, I guess my opinion on Grunge is a bit controversial, since I will always love Nirvana, I grew up listening to them, and much like Paul Simon is for you Dan, they're hardwired into my brain. I could never get bored of Smells Like Teen Spirit, even though whenever I put it on people complain about it being overplayed for example. Also: I am fooked.

    Hell to the mothertrucking yeah. I'm guessing most everyone will be either drinking age, or old enough to pass for drinking age, as that was pretty much the case in London, so shouldn't be a problem. Also might need to get a hold of some restricted substances. Aww right.

    O h man, I'm at my uncles house and everyones asleep, and I just plundered his Sake supply, man I feel so drunk. I'm in the mood for fried chicken. And watermelon. Off to Trocadero again tomorrow . Oh and if anyone wants to meet up for some arcade awesomeness tomorrow, I'd be totally up for it.

    Dude. That's not even a debate. It's Soundgarden all the way. Audioslave were second rate Rage during their debut and then just ventured into boring American soft-rock territory. Soundgarden will always be the 2nd best Grunge band ever

    I probably will be. Although my Uni starts in London on the 17th...and it's a pretty epic journey from there to Sheffield...but I will def try to make it since the last one was fucking awesome.
