To be fair, I never really remember what people look like, just the initial impression I have when I see their face, and, of course, classical aim-inhibited impulse makes me mistake those impressions and associate them with the fucking avatar. This is why I feel an overwhelming sexual attraction whenever I see Bruce Willis. Or heinous revulsion whenever I see...an anime avater. Although that might be more to do with a collective perception =p. IMO

I been here since Cube too. I don't feel myself as a part of the community as a whole, but there is small group of outliers that I think I get on with. Plus I've met a few of them, which was rad. Of course, alcohol does reduce any cultural and social boundaries, so who knows, maybe I hate em, but I don't know it =p. Confession: this place is my all purpose method of catharsis, I'm not actually a dick, at least I don't think I am. I donno, any given social context is predicated by a certain conception of identity, and I guess I pander to that. Unfortunately it also tells you that you don't really have a personality, just a bank of behaviorisms that you assume whenever you're presented with a situation (of course, you could argue that this IS your identity, but its too mutable...) Of course, by that measure, I'm a putz of the highest caliber, since your identity is everything to do with what everyone else believes. I also have this habit of caring far too much about what certain people think, as much as I would like to play this trait down, and yet some peoples opinions I have absolutely no respect for. It would be nice to reach an equilibrium instead of being ridiculously nervous in certain conditions, and being a cantankerous prick in others. Although I like my persona when it assumes the latter of these two presets way better. Being a dick is rad. Self evaluation ftl

Finished this shit! Woo. My Steam clock says 44.5 hours, which is unreal, especially considering that I just got my gf a copy and am gonna play through it again with a different class. It's unbelievable how much fun I can have through the protraction of basically one task stretched over countless hours. Awwwesome. Also finished Dr. Neds dlc, which was rad. Only level 38 so far though...although I'm hoping to get to 50, and hoping that they raise the level cap, maybe with subsequent dlc. Endless.

Bought 19 games from the Steam sale. Most I'll probably never play for more than a couple hours. Have been playing Trials 2. This has to be the single most punitive game ever made. I did not know I could be so addicted to punishment.

Yeah, thats gonna be tough, especially when you live together, its like something you've integrated into your conception of yourself detaches itself and heads off. Weird feeling. My other half (the part I like to think of as my motivational force for stirring myself out of my weeklong accumulation of filth - at times ) is away on holiday for a month. I've completely lost the ability to organise myself, its ridiculous. Well...good luck with that. 4 years is indeed a long time.

I got it done at the gym, they pinch fat folds on your abdomen and use this weird clip device that measures it for you. Your six pack can be visible from anything under 20% body fat. Went to gym today, managed a good 90kg for...er...two reps lol, on the bench press, but a decent 75kg for 10 reps... It's alright, better than it was before. Unfortunately, my legs are still woeful. Squatting a max 130kg for 4 reps (I can only do this on a smith machine aswell, do not have the balls to try it out on a non supported barbell.). Now, I'm gonna go run. Probably pass out, feel ill from squats.

The bottom of my computer desk feels like braille to the finger. Cave ceilings, stalactites and such, but all boogers. I stick them there while watching cut scenes and waiting for maps to load, so blame the game, not the player. In the future Scientists will discover that my Zboard makes me 16.5% faster. And I type on it, I'm typing this on it. And I know that when I press items then minimap then skills, it comes out FTW. And that way the message board champions know I'm a message board champion too.
