  1. That's like saying "i'm a heavy guy" in response to "why are you heavy?"
  2. let the games begin [/jigsaw]
  3. i always freak about that. If you never hear from him then just consider it another step on the learning curve. Let it boost your confidence! Not many people can say they've ever gotten a number off someone.
  4. Chair; fuck them. I bet most of them are single and relying on tv to make that suggestion. Do what you please.
  5. haggis; get on the n-e chat NAOW. Your drunkenness will be appreciated click on the chat button on the header!
  6. Can I be... er... Kain? for the lols.
  7. ... I have firefox but there's no chatzilla
  8. Ok, so I figured we ought to kick start the a chatroom. For now, you can go to http://webchat.quakenet.org/ and enter a username, then enter #n-europe as the channel, and you can bump heads with whoever's there. Eventually you noobs will learn that getting the mIRC application is way cooler. So yeah. This probably wasn't very clear at all. Someone else make sense for me, plz.
  9. Look, will people stop saying "and since when did the mafia.." this, or "and since when did the townies..." that! We're not supposed to bring expectations of previous games into this one. It is not a valid form of defense or prosecution!
  10. What if I re-boot the movie thread, and craft a list of films all by myself? Different weekends of the month would be allocated differently 'weighted' films; one weekend would be more casual modern hollywood stuff, another would be a 60's-80's movie, another would be a foreign movie... Dan. let's talk about this.
  11. Yeah, i think you should choose anything you like, and everyone should listen to the whole thing. Tis only fair! *reminisces about book/movie clubs, and whistles distractingly*
  12. fair enough on the last part - but I disagree that it makes no difference whether someone good or evil is protected. The evil character is protected from vigilantes, and depending on how he is protected, the protection may prevent investigative roles. By definition, too, it is surely better to protect a good person, thus ensuring a greater number of townies will still be alive for the next day's lynching. I'm just saying evil people might be under attack.
  13. Yeah, this is just silly. If you go by their definition of a word, then you're going to have all sorts of nonsense. Liek teh!
  14. Yeah I think you're right :P Maase was targetting the navi-esque character, not the yellow-fabric thing! But he's not the dude with a blaster. *phew!*
  15. Skill bars are fatter.
  16. Why do you care?
  17. I met one of my closest friends at a party, where everyone was in one room and he was in another, by himself, looking at books on a bookshelf. I ended up sitting and talking with him for at least 2 hours, about all sorts of crazy shit. The quiet ones are the ones who are most likely to surprise you.
  18. One is afternoons, the other is at a beer factory. *shrugs*
  19. Potentially great fun. Could lead to 'movie parties' too We really, really need to try and introduce IRC (internet relay chat) to people. We have a chatroom on there that, back in the day, was busy enough and always very sociable. A bunch of us would actually watch the same movie at the same time and do that sort of thing. I'll talk to shorty about it when he gets back...
  20. Remember Athriller's old battle royale's, and, I think, it was either him or ViPeR or Flink who did alien/predator forum stories? Not much user participation, but I've definitely thought about doing a BR forum game. You should totally do it!
  21. Good form would be more like
  22. No, Maase wasn't the one misdirected/controlled. That was another character. Maase was, presumably, the furry thing that was following the thing that uses a yellow cloth on people (super mario's cape?) Once we hear from Maase tomorrow, we'll hopefully be able to crack more of yesterday's puzzle! I never like it when someone comes up with a list of people that needs protecting. There's not really any way anyone can guarentee that all those people named are good. And I don't know what PGO stands for, but surely having our protectors declaring who they're going to protect means that mafia can then attack the protectors directly? For shame!
