Damn! I love Boris Johnson and I missed Have I Got News For You tonight. There had better be a repeat this week! I think he's wonderful - I don't even find him particularly funny, I just like him and like watching him. No real idea why though...

I bought all my presents, I got: A slinky! A pair of pom poms! A fibre optic light! A book about Maths! Downtown by Emma Bunton! Sequins! A cruddy Loch Ness Monster toy! A lump of coal! 40 Gems Stones! A pair of sparkly angel wings! I've done all I need to do! I also got my Mum two CDs (Paulo Nutini (sp?) and Rod Stewart), my Dad a book and my brother a Mighty Boosh DVD (though I regret it now, I should have gotten him a Quincy/A-Team boxset dammit!). Now, I can focus on the fun part of Christmas - wrapping!

Ooh, I'm getting my haircut tomorrow! I just let it grow - it's ok, nice and straight (unlike a certain somebody!) and also has lovely blonde highlights in it. My fringe is kinda annoying me - it's a little to long so it swept to the side a little to much - I can get it cut to what I want but then it just grows to annoying-length once more.

What makes you think that?! I spent a whole £2.67 on it! Plus fancy wrapping paper. It shall be the best birthday present ever. Except for last years which I assume was great...

Woop! My favorite too. I used to like the first Mr Hanky ep and the Barbara Streisand one where she transforms into a big evil metal robot thing, but those aren't as good as nostalgia tells me they are. I need to watch more though.

Just beat the first boss - absolutely love the game so far, can't wait to see the rest of the world. Also, when I first saw the world map I was blown away - that thing is HUGE!

In Wii Bowling the ball spirals off to the left, I'm sure I heard about others having this problem - any ideas why it happens? Thanks

Finally got my Wii this morning, and played Wii Sports for about 30 minutes. Tennis seems great thought I don't really understand what to do to make the shots much different though, Nintendo said there was tonnes of depth, but spin doesn't seem to exist at all. Maybe I'm just not noticing. I also played boxing and bowling breifly. Boxing was pretty dull, probably won't play it again, and in bowling the ball kept spinning off to the left - even when I was pointing ridiculously right. I'll play sports later, Zelda has my attention from now on (though at the moment I'm at film club - waiting for my Mother to arrive).

Christmas Eve: I'm going to town with all of my friends to exchange Christmas presents - then I get back at 6, and go out visiting neighbours (and friends) until around 1am, then we get home and sleep. Christmas Day: We get up at 8am (my parents won't let us get up any earlier) then open presents. We play with them until around 3pmish when my Grandparents arrive with my aunty and this year my Dad's first cousin is also coming round. We all eat Christmas dinner and indulge in idle chit chat until 8pm when they all leave. Boxing Day: My favourite day! We go to our cousin's house and have a big meal - me, my brothers and cousins usually play poker, they get drunkish, we all eat and this year there shall be lots of Wii-ing. Can't wait! Almost Christmas now! We're into double digits!

Yay! My Gameplay order now says complete and it's been dispatched. I knew it would be dispatched today but it still feels so good to know that it's in the post for sure!

I am waiting till it comes to my house - most probably Monday. As Jordan would say, Shetland'D.

My Gameplay order still is Being Picked and my Amazon component cable now says the despatch date is between the 10th and 14th (I think..) though I don't mind about that. Zelda will be nice enough without it. Oooh, it's getting exciting.

Yay! My Wii, Zelda, and 2 Wii Plays's are all being picked and should be dispatched today! Considering I ordered my Wii Play's just half a month ago I am VERY happy! Yay!

They had planned that once you got the item on BK, you used it (or something) then took out the cartridge while the '64 was still on, it was able to keep some of the data and when you put in Tooie it would realise that you had the item on BK. Nintendo said no - as it was dangerous to yank out a game while the hardware was still on, so they scraped it. Also, imo - Banjo > Mario.

Maths, Disney films/music, Pop Music, bad American comedy that I watch for the stories and character development rather than cheap laughs, Dick n Dom in da Bungalow when it was on and such.

I haven't gotten an e-mail from Gameplay yet. And my order status is still just preorder. And parcel force generally take another at least 2 days for me. So I'm trying to make exciting plans for the weekend incase my Wii doesn't arrive - it's not the end of the world - some peeps here are far to stressed out.

I merged and stickied, if that's ok with you - if not, then come up with a better idea and I'm happy to do that. Can't really put it in the Wii Discussion, bit crammed in there. Loving this year - my favorite Sprout comic ever!
