Agreed... that shit doesn't have a place even in a trailer and it so better not be in the game, just give us the original City Escape theme and all will be well. The actual game footage, level looks decent though...

Meh... trailer looked a bit dodgy yes and while I don't think it's beyond redmption they clearly need to take a look at the direction they seem to be taking this game series in and rethink it somewhat as the last two main games were fantastic so it'd be sad to just see it start immitating God of War if that's indeed what they plan to do. However I have a bit more faith in Team Ninja than that... plus the game is coming out next year so that should give them ample time to sort things out.

No I think it's always been this way, you just need to get used to sliding your thumb from B to A and back again at the appropriate times in order to clear the jumps and avoid 'slowing down' on them, it's quite a clevery designed system but obv these days it takes a little bit of getting used to but its lost none of its charm and the 3D effect only serves to enhance what's already there.

True... Also true... Hmm I don't know why I'm so opposed to it as having a backup of saves like that could be handy yes but... Idk... I just miss the simplicity of the old days where your save is your save and you only have one copy of it but... things have moved on since then, and who knows I may warm to the idea nearer the time... in any case it's good to hear that Microsoft are always working to improve its online service, especially seeing as we pay for it!

That's the way Excitebike 'rolls' so to speak... or so I thought, you use the Turbo to go faster at certain points e.g to clear high ramps and then lay off it just before the engine starts to overheat, then use the standard accelerate for when you're avoiding small hazards on the course.

lol no... I just like the idea of keeping my game saves to myself, I can't see any time where I would actually use this feature either so why would I bother with it? Plus isn't there always the possibility of your game saves somehow getting copied to other gamertags? Unlikely but possible I'm sure, I know I know... it's only game progress but still, it's my game progress. It's good to see that Microsoft are listening though to what the majority of people want and as for the beacons... I could maybe see myself using those, just not the cloud storage.

Cloud storage for my game saves? No thanks, I'll keep them on my Hard Drive where I know that A) they are mine and B) they are safe...

The short section showed on the Disney game on the YT vid looks like they took inspiration from NiGHTS into Dreams for the Peter Pan section... otherwise it looks kind of odd but nice graphically. Star Wars just looks like a fucking mess!

Avira... either Free or Subscription, both are good but I'd recommend subscribing to get the 'full' version, especially when they lower the sub price quite regularly; you could do a lot worse than just trying the Free version anyway.

That's kinda what I thought, most people had predicted it before it happened but now that it has happened, it just seems to throw up more questions than it actually answers.

Yes, those would be some of the 'other' songs that I genuinely like by them, I was just making the point that in the grand scheme of things I don't rate them as highly as I do other artists, but when I first heard them, they sounded 'amazing' at the time, so I still love them... just in a different way. But as for Kaiser Chiefs... meh... I was 'over' them a long time ago, their first album just happened to be very popular and I'll admit it was enjoyable at the time but they really haven't progressed that much, in fact they've stepped backward... multiple times. :/

^ I still stand by my earlier comment... now yes, of course, the first time I heard Lazy Eye by Silversun Pickups I was stunned by it... but since then they haven't amazed me on the same level that other artists have. Of course that one song will still have a special place in my heart - as do a few of their other songs - but I feel like I've 'moved on' from them, the album doesn't do as much for me as it once did so that's why I say, to me they are 'decent' because 'amazing' would be reserved for artists/albums that have truly blown me away on first listening and still have much the same effect on me today if I were to go and listen to them right now.
