I really hope not but you're probably right. I keep warming to the idea of having all of the Yakuza games in the series available in boxed, physical form in my PS4 library so that I can easily get into them. If it happens that the PS5 will end up having native PS4 support then, this would be less of a problem though I suppose but I was hoping to not have to buy any more consoles for a good while. The way I see it, is that if these titles continue to be released in enhanced form on the PS4 then it would make the most sense to start with Zero and then play all the games Chronologically being that the remakes seem to have enhanced engines based on the later games.

Excellent, release it over here along with Kiwami 3, 4 and 5 and I'll buy them ALL on PS4 and finally play the series.
-
No idea, but if anyone wants to put a shout in this thread when they start the Super Mario Odyssey coverage, that would be greatly appreciated.

My copy from ShopTo arrived yesterday morning, I started playing it after 8PM last night, finally stopped in the early hours of this morning, well... only 2am so not too bad. I was only playing it on and off but I think I made it to chapter 5 and I'm really enjoying it. I hope your copy comes soon @Hero-of-Time I'm sure it'll arrive today with any luck. That reminds me, Jak & Daxter code is live from today, so get that redeemed as well.

Nice demo, shame they had to put their banner right over the health meter but good coverage in any case. I'm at that impatient stage where the game could arrive right now and I'd jump right into playing it, I've seen enough video footage to confirm that it's probably going to be amazing. Anyway, only half a year or so to go...

That trailer though. I love that Nintendo are still showcasing unrealistic Switch meetup/playing scenarios, NBA in the Locker Room, Minecraft at the Bus Stop and of course Skyrim on the Tube because we can't forget that Skyrim is coming. It's nice to see that games which aren't out yet are being leveraged too, Mario & Rabbids for one plus having Super Mario Odyssey right at the end with Cappy spinning out of the screen to the end was brilliant. Overall though, even I can't deny that the trailer conveys people from all backgrounds enjoying the Switch so it more than does the job it sets out to do. Even though Milk from 1-2 Switch is still one of the most hauntingly disturbing/simultaneously hilarious mini-games I've ever witnessed.

Oh yeah, that reminds me... If anyone wants a Free code for That's You! then let me know, because I'm sure as hell never going to play it. I know it's free for PS Plus at the moment, but maybe when it isn't, someone might need a code or perhaps for someone who doesn't have PS Plus? It was inside my copy of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy and my first thought was... "I didn't ask for this, it's not even mildly related!" Anyway, if anyone wants it then just give me a shout... in the meantime, I'm off to play some Uncharted for a bit.

So... Shenmue III release date of 2020 then? At least then it would be in time for the series Twentieth anniversary. And before then, we could have the HD remasters of Shenmue I & II while we wait for the game to be polished/finished. I still have faith that the game will be excellent when it's released but... it's going to take a while, so it's a good job I'm happy to patiently wait for it, we've waited this long so what's a few more years?

I thought as much... it may go up again following this annoucement. Microsoft would do well to tie in the Xbox One backwards compatability of it in time for the release of this new title or just before.

Operation Genesis is pretty decent. The Xbox version is pretty rare if I recall correctly as well, worth picking up though if you see it in the wild.

By far the best part of the whole showing was the developer interview where they showed more footage of Cuphead and really gave more of an insight into what we can expect from it. Plus the fact that it's a game which is coming out, soon but not soon enough yet when it does I can see it becoming an instant classic and it's great to have another semi-exclusive game coming to the Xbox One which is worth getting excited about.

Thanks Hero I've just redeemed the code you sent me, much appreciated. Now I've got another reason to go back to the game before the Ultra versions come out, hopefully.
-
I got it for £22.85 in the end due to Gold Membership. Plus the code for Jak & Daxter but I think that's a standard pre-order bonus now. Anyway, it's now in the post.

Available to pre-order at ShopTo (and all other retailers) now. I've pre-ordered, see you all online in October hopefully.

I don't suppose you could nab one for me as well please Hero? If you could, that would be appreciated, no worries if not though. Also, I just image searched "Salazzle" and now I wish that I hadn't... I'd still like one though as the official artwork for it at least, looks cool.

Blue spheres... blue spheres everywhere! Even when I close my eyes, they are there! After a mammoth series of play sessions on this fantastic title since the second it launched, I have finally finished Sonic Mania... to completion, as Sonic & Tails. Yes, that includes all main Special Stages beaten and all Blue Sphere stages perfected. Oh plus all trophies obtained (PS4 version) no really... check my card if you like, I haven't got 100% on many PS titles but this is one which I really wanted to finish and wouldn't rest until it was properly complete. Of course I'll do a Tails run at some point & Knuckles as well, of course! But that will do for now. I've enjoyed every second with this sublime Sonic title which may have taken Ages to create but it was worth the wait, I'm sure Sega will agree and really... I take my hat off to Christian Whitehead, Simon Thomley, Tom Fry, Tee Lopes , Lola Shiraishi, Jared Kasl, Headcannon, PagodaWest Games and everyone involved in making this dream come true. Now to put the Switch version through its paces.

Knowing Nintendo, it'll probably be up on the eShop at 2PM in the afternoon, which isn't good enough, so I hope I'm wrong. Either way I've got it pre-loaded on my PS4 ready to play at midnight, my Switch code should arrive tomorrow with the Collectors Edition, which could mean I end up playing the Switch version before it's finally released on the eShop as well because I believe pre-paid download codes work differently. I really, really hope this is put up on the store sooner rather than later.

(Next Gen!!) Nintendo 64 Controller. Lots of interest for this one. $20 per controller plus $20 shipping for as many as you like (I've ordered four) Some might feel strongly about using a different shape N64 controller but for me, this looks to be perfect.

ALL possible formats most likely, because I'm that much of a crazed Sonic fan.

Right-click the hosted image you want to post. Choose "copy image location" Paste directly into the reply box. If it can be linked to then it will automatically change to display the image, if not then try again after rehosting the image yourself somewhere. Also if you want to add a link to an image, hold CTRL and right-click on the image, then choose Edit and put whatever you want to link to in the URL box. Like this... Sorry, not sorry... I couldn't resist... Anyway, hope this helps and I hope that everyone still playing enjoys all of the newly added content.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it. I'd say that Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is looking to be well worth picking up, even if you haven't played the earlier games. Though, that too is easily remedied with Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection which I'm guessing you might be considering purchasing at some point? I can definitely recommend the series so far anyway.
