I just prey it is full exploration this time. I remember how Twilight Princess initially appeared. We thought we'd be able to run up those hills, through woods and out the other side in that too. Yes they've said 'you'll be able to go to that mountain you can see', but is it seemless, and can we climb it.

*sigh* I forgot about all the potential HD remakes we wanted, seeing as we're not getting the actual games anytime soon.

Nice use of the Gamepad. Why they can't use the character models from Mario Kart 8 or something though, and not what looks like Mario Party on Wii I don't know.

Yeah considering what this game started as in 3D Wold (although I haven't played it) I'm loving how they've really built it up into it's own game. The cutscenes look glorious and it's full of personality! The animation on Mario characters, what with Luigi's Mansion 2, Mario Kart, and I'm guessing 3D World goes from strength to strength.

That Wool Shop... Fuck me I'm surprised they didn't turn the lights off and close the shop, the amount of time we had to spend in there! Toad game looked good, Squid game looked amazing, Zelda looked awesome. WAY too much time spent on Smash and on those Amiibo, especially as they rehashed it all in the video after the Direct. Honestly that was ridiculous.

At first I wasn't sure what this would really add to the game, but at 1:20 when Lucky comes right up and looks at you, you really get that sense that you're there with him, like he exists in your space. Pretty cool.

Best hope we don't see any Mario franchises in Nintendo's then.
