My right shoulder is causing me some irritation at the moment. I think it has something to do with my car, because I remember that after driving 2 and a half hours or so to Wales at Christmas that it was aching for days afterwards. I was unable to even lift it in the shower. Same on the way back. It's making me weary about lifting weights, because the ache seems to come and go. Think the car has a draft or something. I remember I had the window down one time and kept getting pains in my neck. Body fail.

Part of the problem I have with this thread is this particular mentality which has cropped up a few times: "Rip off/looks terrible...but I'll end up buying it anyway." I believe that you forgo any right to complain about something if you then end up purchasing it anyway. Seems stupid.

Best feature on Spotify. I used this fairly recently and instantly found about 4 or 5 new bands that I thought were brilliant.

Yeah, I'm a lover of physically owning games. It's just nice to look over at a shelf and see it there. There's something lovely about cover art and logos and the back of the box. But, Animal Crossing done digitally seems to make more sense this way. If there was only one title I would download, I guess it would be this one. I wonder if the next WiiSports game will come as a free download on the WiiU.

Is that for real? Any demo videos or anything of that flying about, because I'd love to see that.

I never thought of this being a digital download before today, but it does actually make a lot of sense. In order to check up on your town/village, you'd just turn the 3DS on and jump right in. No need to replace whatever is in the cartridge slot and pop animal crossing in there after retrieving it from where it was kept beforehand. For these games where you only play in short bursts, I can see DD being a huge advantage. Hmm.

It's encouraging they're going to keep tilt controls into this game. Makes me hopeful that we'll see another ExciteTruck style racer. Would be a bit of a shame to have to revert back to analogue controls after that.

Elitechester City lost today, which meant that the Mighty Dragooooo reclaimed top spot, where they belong. I have a hard fixture list coming up. Away at Seahawks and Elites. Home to Pubic Cunty and Bayern Alwayslosing. Gonna be hard to stay in the top 3 after these games. I think 8 points are needed for me to remain in the top 3 at the end of the season, provided that Seahawks and Haden win all of their games, which I doubt will happen.

Seems like the right time for him to leave. He's won so many trophies at the club and has been a huge success. There's only so far you can take a team and I'm not sure if there's more he could have done there. Taking a break and then trying a new challenge seems like a wise decision.

Quite an interesting trailer, although I'm not sure where this whole physical figurine thing will go. Could become annoying very quickly. The game itself looks nice, but I need to play Origins first.

It's already been pointed out, so I'm just reposting part of what was said earlier. In Brawl, the inclusion of Snake was pretty odd. But, he was playable and it seemed to work on some level. The characters shown in this just seem like a mixed bag. They're not really "Sony" characters in the sense that Mario, Luigi, Link, Samus, DK, Pit are all Nintendo characters. The charm isn't there. Who honestly wants to fight as a Resistance character, for example?

I've only played a tiny bit of this, but it didn't capture me either. It's the sort of game that needs charm but I didn't find it charming at all. Maybe more of a playthrough would have changed that opinion.

I dunno, man. They'd need something manlier than cigars. Dynamite, perhaps.

Everytime I see this cast-list, I crack up. You can just imagine Stallone and co around a table thinking, "right, how can we make the most ridiculous action film of all time? I know...let's put every action film star ever into it."

Anyone watching Athletico Bilbao against Sporting Lisbon? Bilbao move the ball beautifully. They go forward with pace, and if they lose it, they get it back quickly. It's very up-tempo. Just as I speak, Llorente almost puts them two up. It's fast, flowing and attacking.

For what it's worth, the reason I don't post/reply to your Portsmouth posts is because they're usually about finances and stuff, and I know fuck all really about that. I know as much about revenue as I do about flying spaghetti monsters. I do actually talk about the club quite a bit with some of the boys at school, because we've got a few Pompey supporters and some Southampton supporters, so there's a bit of rivalry there. I watch the football league show and follow how certain clubs are doing in different leagues, like Brighton (went to uni there), Rochdale (family there), and Bournemouth (Where I am atm) I've said it for a while...I do think Villa should be relegated this season, as their football has been pretty awful. I'd rather Bolton stay up than them. It could happen... Anyway, great first half yesterday for the Semi-Final. I thought both penalties were soft, mind. The second half was pretty ok, but wasn't up to the standard of the first. Penalty shootout was crazy...so many bad penalties. Ramos should be sacked for that penalty. I do think Chelsea will lose the final now. Bayern were well drilled defensively and they should have enough in attack to get through that makeshift Chelsea defence. The midfield battle is where it's important, and Bayern seemed quite strong there, too. I was impressed with how they contained Madrid.

I hope this doesn't come across as too fanboy-ish: I'm not sure who I'd go for if there was no Nintendo system, to be honest. I bought an Xbox last generation because I could get it for a cheap price, but ended up buying/enjoying fuck all for it and lost interest. Aside from loathing the controller and the whole feel of the console, it just didn't grab me in the same way that the Gamecube did. I've lived with a guy who had a 360 and we used that together pretty often. Didn't really enjoy it or connect with it in the same way that I did the Wii. My housemate in my house that I just moved out of had a PS3 and, at a push, that's probably the system I would go for if I had to. Even then, I severely dislike the controller. Terrible design and it feels a bit meh to use. This is probably because I've spent so much time using Nintendo controllers, I love the way that the Wiimote and nunchuk feels in your hands, or even the Wavebird. After using that setup for shooters, I don't really want to go "backwards" and use dual analogue, which is one of my reservations for the WiiU. Even then, I don't really like these modern day shooters in a Space Marine/WWII setting (Aliens: Colonial Marines exempted, purely for the licence) and I don't get on with these Forza racing game...things. On a PS3, I'd be more of a Wipeout kinda person, because it's the closest thing to F Zero. Or Motorstorm for the link to ExciteTruck. Ish. If Nintendo went third party, I'd follow the system that their games appeared on. But, I can't say I'd be overly keen on getting a 360/PS3. I've toyed with the idea over the years, but in the end I don't think I'd get much use out of it, considering how I've struggled to keep up with my Wii collection. The main reason I was thinking of getting a 360 was for Colonial Marines, and now that's on the WiiU.

Bayern were chasing a treble of their own. Also, make no mistake, this Barcelona team would have turned over 99% of other teams out there. The Chelsea performance was colossal.
