All of our games actually go the same way. It does feel like somebody has taken a videotape and just replaced the label each time. Although, I do think that we are getting worse now. We don't even do the possession football that well. Clasie and Mane for Southampton are excellent players. I like the way that both move with the ball. It's always forward and it's quick.

Nintendo Switch - Happy Switchmas Everyone!
Fierce_LiNk replied to Serebii's topic in Nintendo Gaming
This does worry me quite a lot, tbh. Part of me expects this to be a half-baked idea or another novelty, as a result of having to "think up something quickly". -
I still love TP, despite it not looking that great these days. In my opinion, it had the best dungeons and boss battles. The spinner and ball and chain!

That Liverpool game sounds absolutely insane. I was checking it briefly and every time I checked I had a different scoreline. 0-1, 1-1, 2-1, 3-2 and then 4-5 when I checked last! Almost spat tea all over my keyboard. I'm not going to talk about United's game. It's less stressful that way!

It could be that this is a lazy "port", it could be that the game has a style that won't/hasn't aged well or it could even be that the video doesn't do the game justice. Maybe a combination of all of the above. Either way, it's nasty looking. Wasn't going to buy it anyway.

My first game of 2016 is completed and it's a bluddy great game, too. Flower Initially, I started it up and found the motion controls a bit fiddly. However, the more of it I played, the more it grows on you and quickly becomes very special. The music and visuals both help a lot, both of which are absolutely top tier. There's one level that I really, really, reeeeally enjoyed (the pink flower, third one, I think) that will definitely be one of the highlights of my year, no doubt at it. Incredible game. I've been meaning to play it for a long time and it's lived up to the hype, for me. I get the same sort of joy from this that I did from Journey, which was also just incredible. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

It now presents an interesting problem for future consoles. NX for example. If that takes off, will we need to get two of them? It depends really what it is.
-
Is that all? Jesus, feels longer. Hahahah, nooo. I suggested it, but I don't think she was very keen on the idea. I wonder if it would look better on a coloured console, rather than white. Will probably give it a go in a bit now that you've reminded me.

It must be coming up to a month since we bought our second PS4. Seriously...no regrets at all! By now, I thought buyer's remorse would have kicked in. But, it really, really hasn't. @Eenuh was playing Tearaway last night and I was tackling Uncharted 3. Feelsgoodman.jpg.

Laughed at this! You funny, kid. Long story short, I live/am engaged to forum member @S\.C\.G. and buy a digital copy, meaning that we can play on 2 separate PS4s using one digital copy of the game at the same time. Our living room has 2 TVs (big, normal tv and the one from the bedroom now moved into the living room) and play Battlefront almost every night together now. Although, @Ashley is correct. He did it first!

I had no PS3 last gen. Hashtag FormerlyTeamWii.

Wow. Day one for me!

What else is there to possibly play that is keeping you from playing this?

She's 32. Sadly, she provides the lols on a weekly basis. Super fucking tempted to do this now.

I had an awesome birthday on Saturday and saw Creed. It surpassed my expectations. I thought Michael B. Jordan did a fantastic job, but Stallone gave a top class performance and stole the show for me. Some of the dialogue in this was superb. My favourite overall part of the film was part way during the final fight.

That trailer was fucking excellent. I had a smile on my face all the way through that! Can't wait.

Ooooooh, Flower! Don't mind if I do!

Whoa...I think I've gone full retard. I thought that this was a "small PSN" game. As in, you spend a few hours on it and pay a tenner for it. So, this is a big release? I'm confused now.

I really want to play through this again, but I feel guilty playing more of this instead of some other games. My backlog will just continue growing. Saying that, I really, reeeeeally just want Blood and Wine here now. Tempted to play through that and Hearts of Stone at the same time.

One of my friends went full retard in work today. We were in assembly and stood listening to the headmaster. She slides along next to me and says, "Jim, can I ask you a question?" The way she did it, I was expecting something serious. So, I waited for it... "I have a picture on my phone. How do I convert that into an MP3?" She looked really offended. So, I asked her what she wanted to do exactly. "I have a photo on my iPhone...I want it on my computer." I told her what to do, but I'm not sure if she believed me. I couldn't stop laughing. I want to cry so much but then everybody would have looked at me and thought that I was the weirdo. Lost it.

I'm not sure I can agree that we deserved a draw. We deserved to lose. We were over-run for the majority of the game and it's only down to Liverpool's inability to finish as to why we didn't concede today. We're a bad football team. The football is crap to watch. We didn't really pass the ball well forward at all or show any grit in midfield or defence. We relied on a corner kick to get a goal. This is meant to be a big game and we simply didn't turn up. 3 points against Liverpool away is massive and there's no denying that. But, we did not deserve a single point today after that performance. It was very amateurish. It's interesting. I've had a browse on RedCafe and it seems that the vast majority of United fans agree. The football isn't getting better and Van Gaal's "plan for the future" isn't really working at all. I'd say that Liverpool under Klopp are probably in a better position for the future than we are under Van Gaal. Today was pure luck.

That was the only chance we had in the whole game. The only time we looked threatening and it was from a set piece. We played a terrible game and I have no idea how we won that. Same team will start next game, minus Young who went off injured. If Liverpool could finish their chances, we would have lost this game 2-0 or 3-0.
