*high five* How tall are j00? I'm now in the 17s, 17 st 12.5 wooot. Which means my bmi is just into 35. Half way til i'm outta the obese category. Get I love weightwatchers for the simple fact you can go out and drink, you can eat bad food (in moderation obviously) and you can actually live life. I get daily points & a weekly buffer, all food has a points score, you get the picture. I've been mulling it over in my head and its my bday soon (early july) and I've decided theres no fucking way on earth I want to be this size. I'm going to get to my target by my next birthday, my 26th. I've got to shift about 5.5 stone! But I'm damn well doing it. Which means losing 1.5lbs every week. Doable with a lot of effort I reckon. This week (starting monday) I've done 2 x 45 minute spin classes and a personal training session. Spin is <3

Yeah I hear ya, I used to be covered in psoriasis, i'm not now but it still feels like its there, mentally speaking. So it's probably gonna be doubly worse when I get to a normal weight... oh joy. If it makes you feel any better I think you've done amazing, and you are officially a member of the "N-E hot guys" now

It probably doesn't justify for you, or perhaps for someone living in a city. But that doesn't mean that rule applies to everyone. A lot of people live in remote areas that have little in the ways of public transport.

yeah they're slowly becoming friends heh :3 They touched noses and it was so sweet :3 We only went to the adoption place on the off chance they had one. They took us to where the babies were, 2 tortoiseshell/tabby and 2 black ones.. I wanted to take them all home They know us from Beanie so the adoption process was pretty simple. And we only got Betty as a friend for Beanie :p

definitely. I get my car done in an independent business, they definitely look after you more, and my car has NEVER had problems. Although I'm not sure about the whole dodgy mot-ness... hmmmm. That worries me! I think we can only go to the official dvlni MOT centres over here.

it may have been oddly worded or whatever, but I'm sure king v meant no harm... I thought it was a bit odd the way he spoke about himself too. I have been diagnosed as clinically depressed and it is that kind of vague "meh" ness that people like that tend to suffer from. Not saying that auto makes him depressed, or anything.. but its nice that we can show concern for one another here.

This morning i was rocking the scales at 18'1.25, hopefully I'll be at 17 something at my wi tomorrow I screamed 17 17 17 17 in my head throughout the entire spin class tonight I'm on great form, done about 2.5k calories of exercise this week!
