None of my teeth are twisted or out of place, just ALL of them pushed forward, so it should be relatively quick to fix. And I'm getting private ceramic ones that are "practically invisible" oooh. stuff the colours! :p @nightwolf ; yeah I have bad grinding, and probable joint issue which causes the click every time i open my jaw. my jaw structure physically clicks in and out of place. Has done for years. Orthodontist said I could have ridges in the structure of my jaw joints thats making it worse. Doesn't bother me that much, bit of a party trick as she said :p I'm going to the docs later on and asking about getting these tests for crest syndrome, so in a bit of a flap. :/ so er... yeah, got knocked sidewards with that revelation...she reckons i've got/had childhood asthma, AND NOBODY DIAGNOSED IT. Despite me having really long ongoing chest infections as a child... Good freakin' god!! Its not like i'm a rare visitor to the doc! Also got to speak to rhematologist about crest syndrome, she thinks its unlikely because its rare, and shes never seen it in her life.. but this was a horrible doc i went to see... gonna give her diagnosis/treatment the benefit of the doubt and crack on with the inhalers.... yay

jay I went to work with a bad chest infection, lost my voice half way through my day :/ Definitely advise staying at home. Not only do you feel like shite, you're probably working in an airconned room and likely to make recovery a lot longer with that and the stresses on your throat! I went to see an orthodental whatsit today about getting braces for my gappy teeth, they did a full examination, xrays with a fancy machine, measurements, etc. Apparently I've got a big overbite, of 7mm, and the normal is 3-4mm.... and she says my teeth clicking is the worst shes ever seen and worth of a party trick.. lol. My own dentist should have referred me years ago as my teeth have been like this since I had my adult teeth in -_- And now I have to pay 2-3 grand privately because they can't even spot a major issue Asides from that, they also found a fucking cavity... am rage -_- She saw my medical history (lol) and mentioned speaking to my doc about something called CREST syndrome... *sighface*

perhaps its a good thing leaving it at a rescue home rather than keeping it if she can't be arsed taking it to vet/treating minor problems. Yeah people are lazy and shit but at least she's doing the right thing before its too late and the animal gets really sick. I've seen too many vet rescue programmes on the tv, and what happens when people just abandon animals... and its really shocking

you won't have done any damage.. its very common to get tinnitus after something like that, my ears were ringing for a week after I was in the pit of the Tennents concert! There's nothing you can do but ride it out.

Of course there is a maximum amount you can have o_O Just like any mineral on the planet... I've got excessive histamine in my body (causes oedema and anaphylaxic shock) and I've found caffeine to be the best remedy for it. If you're a n00b to coffee I would make it up with half a teaspoon of the granules, and taste it, then add more if you can cope with it.

dailies are good because you get 30 for a months supply which you can stretch if you don't need them every day. Whereas a monthly has to be binned after a months use even if you only use them once. not forgetting theres a bigger risk of infection / a lot more after care for monthlies

i'd rather get laser surgery than have to mess with contacts... they screw up my eyes something chronic. Poking my eyes made them irritated, and taking the contact out just was awful cause you do basically have to pinch your eyeball. I just ended up getting constant headaches from the eye pain so I gave it up. I sat with the nurse putting them in and out twice, and by the end of it my eyes were bloodshot and i felt like crying cause i was so mentally tired from the ordeal...>_> Saying that many people get contacts and have no problems... Contacts can go on top of your eye, but they can't physically go into your brain or do any damage. Sometimes it requires a visit to casualty and sometimes just blinking your eyes, or catching it will pull it out.

I seem to be getting some hearing issues, in busy environments I can hear next to nothing, and it doesn't help when my sister talks away from me and yaps the face aff me when I don't hear... perhaps I've been lip reading for longer than I'd like to admit... :/ I went to the doctor today and got the official diagnosis of raynauds syndrome... and a box of heart pills to take...i'm starting to count the things that AREN'T wrong with me now XD
