I was at the dentist today! >_< No fillings = yay Having a disgusting blue thing shoved in my mouth to get an impression was... not fun It was cold and uncomfortablllllee! >_< Gotta get a bite guard for when I'm sleeping. She checked my mouth and made me move it in funny directions, and it was cracking away. Eep. Now my jaw is really tired and achey. She said it could be both my arthritis and aching from grinding, but that wasn't really something she could diagnose herself. And she did notice a bit of wear, but nothing too worrying, and the fillings didn't need to be fixed =D Hopefully I don't end up chewing through this bite guard

the whitening toothpaste isn't supposed to be used long term because it errrroooodes your teeth. Don't do eet. Also don't go to these shambolic clinics that claim to do the same as a dentist but for £100 less or whatever - its a complete con!

IMO; Short answer - no Long answer - no, but usable if you are willing to put in a lot of time and effort to relearn stuff. I found it difficult enough to do all the basics like customising and installing. Media, games, drivers, (especially specific laptop drivers for like webcams) ain't "easy" to sort out, but im sure the more linux orientated people here can help, or you can get gen from linux forums. Ubutuntu I found to be a good one to start with, and you can boot from the CD and test it out and see how you like it. At the end of the day, its free, if you don't like it it's easy enough scrapped.

1, maybe he got info on night phase? 2, it IS a solid lead. 3, it wouldn't, its just gonna make things even more confusing and outting good people - that isn't neccesary! -

Going from the info from the past few nights or so, I'm 99.9% sure I'm the "lightning, ice and fire" and that my target was the person about to hurt someone! therefore; Vote: martinist -

urrrrghhh. I feel so rubbish. Anti-hypertensives are making me wheeeezy and dizzy. Joy. Also self diagnostics - i don't recommend them. According to a lot of my symptoms I could potentially have Ankylosing Spondylitis. That shit is scary. Really scary. I have the majority of those symptoms, most of which I just put down to bog standard arthritis. I'm so tired of this. Hypertension, hayfever, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, tendinitis, no depth perception, fatigue, migraines. I'm like a walking medical exhibition on how FUCKED up a person can get.

I'm nearly sure that they are tied to the simcard provided with the Pay&Go model. I was gonna go down this route and you have to purchase it with whatever sim card you are using. Worth ringing and speaking to O2 and see if they can do you a deal. Try using O2s twitter(if you have twitter yourself), there has been a lot of praise from the customer service from there lately.

You can let it go on continuously, they can't "renew" the contract (aka forcing you into another 18-month term or whatever) without your say so.. it'll just run on with the same cost/tariff. They may contact you themselves (I know 3 does) or they may just let it stand. They don't cancel it outright because...well...why would they if they are still getting money from you? Just let it stand until you feel ready or can afford to change or upgrade!

GP, if you didn't already try mixing it with egg when you make the mince. Keeps it together quite well!

ahh caris that sounds mega bad - get to the doc for sure. My slipped discs were in that league of pain. If they don't know whats wrong get them to send a referral to the physio, make sure you specify that you cannot sleep with the pain and that should hurry the referral on.

Whose complaining about paying taxes? At least you don't have to claim benefits now, or shit off the nhs because you are seriously ill. You should be grateful! I have to get about a thousand a month off the government for privately paid medication. Its mega fails. </probably not necessary but made me feel better rant> --- I had a driving lesson today - score! Everything was fine except... could I get the car into reverse...no. My wrist is so banjaxed that gear stick manoeuvring is proving to be mega pains. Urgh. I told my boss that I had tendinitis today and if it was possible for me to get some work that was less typing intensive... He just gave me something DIFFERENT to do. It wasn't any easier. Plus taking call info (long medical terminology n such) with one hand is proving to be trés difficile! The whole situation is wearing very fine. The feeling in my wrist is painful, but the kind of pain that makes you feel sick to the stomach. I can deal with pain. Just not the sick-feelslikemyhandisgoingtobreakoff-pain. I feel dizzy and tired, I'm putting that one down to the apparent hypertension (I've never had bp issues before) And I shouted at my mum for being so damn ignorant earlier (she still seems reluctant to believe i'm actually ill) and now I feel mega badz.

Yeah thats some good advice there. My skin cuts to bits because its generally a lot weaker in my affected areas (or even the scarring from "healed" areas too!). Nothing I can really do apart from being careful, sadly.

According to my GP I have high blood pressure and tendinitis! urgggh. I'm struggling to do anything with my left wrist at the 'mo. the only way i can limit the extreme pain is by tightening the bandage so tight it cuts off the blood supply to my fingers.
