I doubt people would, its far far easier to get in touch with a dodgy doc and get them to sign you off work. Anybody who does injure themselves on purpose like that deserves to be injured (fatally) with a gun. That's sick. Who the fuck wants to damage their body like that >_____< Its not easy living life when your body doesn't function the way it should.. Would be a pretty nasty wake up call. @ the spending on what you want - yeah well, I don't see anything wrong with getting a game or a CD, whatever. But blowing it all on something like that is ridiculous. We all need a little reprieve from the mundane existence that is known as life... Employed or not. But it is supposed to be used for mostly constructive things.. I'm sure that being on the dole is shit I'm not arguing with that at all. Just think about the ones who have mortgages and children to support, with whatever money they can scrape together.. I think some of you living at home on the dole aren't that badly off really. (and yes I work and live at home - i'm not trying to say that i have it hard before someone gets on my case) I know if I was on dole, living with my parents, they would kick my fucking ass if I bought an ipod with my dole money. But then what can I say, I'm claiming £1k+ off the government every month.

Does that mean you aren't taking us out for drinks. Dammit --- Went to the doc today and got some more drugs for my blood pressure/migraines. Got blood taken AGAIN (why - I don't know). I just emptied my handbag, and its like a bloody chemist. Fuck!

newsflash; having a job isn't exactly fun times either!! Makes me sad that people have to suffer on waiting lists for medications, and people are just taking the biscuit out of government money (not directly at you villan, but at EVERYONE that does it). Fuck it, maybe i'll just sit on my ass and claim DLA for the rest of my life

cracking your joints on purpose will cause wear and will eventually lead to (very painful) arthritis (osteoarthritis) So donnnnn't do it. =( My joints click, snap, pop, and lock up every time I move them >____< Also in other news - I have an internet stalker! Dunno whether to be flattered, scared or both. Haha. My sisters colleague asked my sister if I claim DLA, which I was kind of surprised at. Just claim for the hell of it? whyy.

*joins in with pill discussion* sure it does very slightly increase your risk, yea, but that's what regular smears are for (urrrgh - but totally neccesary!). That nurse was just being nasty, they should be treating patients with care and understanding - especially in that kind of delicate situation. Pill all teh way. I have an implant that's basically the same as the pill (and lasts for 2/3 years) - and I no longer have those women problems at all, woohoo! Family planning rocks! /o/
