Completely agree! I had a fixed DNS with my last provider (which is just a matter of putting ips into a box in windows), and that was a god damn nightmare trying to find, amending files and changing settings etc. Just doing that nearly made me tear my hair out Just the simplest things can be very tricky!

My immune system is on the attack.. I have an ulcer on the inside of my nose (yeah gross right?) and my nose is so swollen I can't breathe through it, and it feels sooo swollen/bruised/painful. Every piercing I have is playing up. My body just doesn't agree with anything at all. Joys! ^__^ Also dickface that reported us has sent in ANOTHER 2 week sick line... that's x3 now. Fucking hell. There's no way I'd even attempt that shit. Oh wait...I'm actually an adult *wonders when work turned into a creche*

You can get monthly certificates as far as I'm aware (my nan did this with my her car when her daughter came to visit!).. get in touch with a few companies and see what they will do for you. I'm sure most of them are willing - seeing as you are going to throw your money at them

get a pressure bandage or support strap (booooots!) to put on your hand, it really really really helps. I swear by them =) doctors generally do pish all for injuries of that nature except throw brufen at it (in my experience)

This is also true too. If you buy a DECENT pair of 'phones and are willing to put the money into it you'll find they will have a year/2years guarantee. Then they will fix or repair them. Either that or insurance! And try blueninja's suggestion - stick em in your PC and see if they still work. -
That happened to me with peggle too. I think its only like that with the HL2/orange box tbh. Bit of a rip off :P

I have never liked flying... Then I injured myself quite badly once involving an escalator, and a very nearly smashed kneecap. My knee is completely arthritis-ridden now, and flying with arthritis is bad enough without an injury that never really healed completely. The air pressure makes every bit of my body angry and aggravated. The knee injury swells up and hits on nerves. I'm sitting in confined space for half an hour, not able to move my knee while the pressure on my nerves sends shockwaves of pain all through my leg. I did however find it to be quite awe-inspiring, the views are pretty amazing. =)

yeah wrapping your 'phones around the iPod will screw them up. (been there done that) I take it they do work for a certain time then conk out each time? in which case it probably would rule out the connector on the ipod being a dud. -

Would be for no "no claims" and the fact that its northern Ireland has a big impact. We have different roads laws and generally speaking more expensive insurance. And I'm not 25 yet either.

you will always get "other duties" in every proper job contract - its basically so they can throw any shitty job at you if they feel the need. bewarrrre. My work has me doing testing docs under "other duties" the fucks. I thought I had escaped those bastards after college!!
