I feel deflated. Nothing worth caring about individually - those niggles that build up. Which make me retract back into my safe place and feel sad. People at work pushing me and asking why I'm so withdrawn is not helping. I'm not here to satisfy their standards. I don't think I even care enough to make sense of/analyse what I just said. meh.

Heads up; you really need to know your stuff in their interviews - they are hard. They ask you about how you see the company and current technologies.

My boss said he wants me to take the chance of acting up to his job if he leaves. Hmph. Extra money (4/5k pay jump roughly) = yay. Hard work, lots of pressure, lots of responsibility = nay. Annnd I was in the car with my mum, and we came to a crossing, the lights changed to red very suddenly and a felt my foot twitch towards where the brake should be. Except I was a passenger. Officially a driver. Mwahahahah watch out ballymena! I made a chocolate cake, it looks nice but its a bit mushy/uncooked in the middle (not too bad try better next time)

your time will come when you have to support them(read: change their nappies) in their old age :P (that's what my mum and dad say)

Agreed, it never does a lot for your credit score (maybe in the past but not these days) and just having it there would be in the back of my mind constantly. --- And you can get a decent job without a university degree. I'm in a 15k job at the mo, could be looking at jumping into my bosses job when he goes (which is 18/19k) and you can jump up and up with more experience. Yeah you might have to do a few qualifications on the way, but there's usually (read: mostly) an opportunity for people with experience. (and a drivers licence!) I know a lot of jobs in the nhs have options for say a band 5 at 22k; a degree plus 1 years relevant experience, 3 a levels and 2 years relevant experience or 3 years relevant experience. University is NOT the be all and end all. (i've learned a lot more in work than i ever would do in a "school" or "lecture" environment.)

I thought being epileptic entitled you to free meds? (or you could cut down on alcohol which causes your problem in the first place? no?)

Yeah I've seen it too often, people are like oh "it wasn't that great" and give a 7/10?! 7 is not by any means bad!

Rez lost the line a long time ago. -- I think it makes games a lot lot more accessible to people that can and want to buy them! Really this should be done at the root of the production, because the people that made the game know the most about its functionality.

We've all decided to have a budget this year for christmas, we are spending around the £60 mark for each person in the family. I just threw down some sub-£15 DS games, yankee candles (to fuel my addiction), and chocolates onto a list. I'm not all that fussed on christmas presents. I can see how people (like students/not working peoples) with minimal money would be, but i have enough money to get stuff I want.

That's not that abnormal, hair ranges in thickness and colour depending where it is. (may be sun exposure that has lightened leg and arm hair)

I agree it is a bit annoying. If you got with this boy, and its annoying you now (at the all exciting newness) what's it gonna be like in 6 months? A pain in the arse, that's what.

I agree, ever since the 360/ps3 really took off the prices have been like that.. The wii used to have decently priced titles, but it seems even they have the bug. Fucks sake, I'm never going to pay more than £30 for a title ever. Its daylight robbery.
