  1. absolutely 100% better, as I said they have their own dedicated network system. The coverage here in northern Ireland is superb, and they are always improving. (all the other services barely provide any connectivity in n.i) You can get good monthly deals, and the P&G seems to be pretty decent from what I've heard.. I've got a £15 pm contract over 12 months, 3gb download. (and you can get better if you want to extend) The only thing is, its definitely considerably slower than standard broadband - if its an internet replacement you may end up regretting it. Very similar to mobile phone broadband speeds - it is basically the same thing. I've never had any problems with too much downtime, or dropping connection. It's really a postcode lottery, and its worth doing research with a few companies before you buy, they all have checkers on their respective websites.
  2. Razer mice are pretty damn awesome, if you've got plenty of money. I've got a green Razer Copperhead (last one on the list on the above link), best mouse i've ever used - even more superior to the likes of the Logitech Revolution, or mx1000 And it has a glow about it that makes it seem like it has its own lifeforce seriously geeky and seriously expensive.
  3. Oh god, i went up to belfast on the bus today -never again- the trip up was okay, had to go to the passport dept, for ze question and answers (its my first passport) and we went shopping after. That was all good etc. Got the bus home and a REALLY SMELLY OLD WOMAN sat beside me. I think the whole bus was literally choking. Had to change my clothes when I got home... I also discovered that the travel sickness I used to get when I was a child reared its ugly head again. I'll be fucking taking the car next time.
  4. 3 is better because it has its own dedicated network
  5. 5800 ftw, also there's the navi software for free (forever) on the nokia store! wooo. I freakin' love my 5800. You'll maybe find you don't use as much as you expect you will, and go out and get an expensive contract (that you are stuck to for however long) and end up regretting it... I bought my phone (5800) outright for 200, and have a simplicity contract, I advise that method if you have the money to spare for whatever phone you want.
  6. *gives iun a huge hug* That sucks man, sorry for your loss!
  7. Agree with this. At the same time it's only as valid and relevant as the questions asked and answers given. They say its linked, but excessive use of t'internets is actually be a symptom rather than a cause of depression. Think about it, depressed people don't function well. They don't go out, and don't like themselves very much. It's not beyond any realms of belief that they'd spend most of the time online. Kinda similar to statistics the find people with psoriatic arthritis, and on certain meds, are clinically obese. Well that may be the result of having a sickening disease you hate, and comfort eating to make yourself feel better. Its never as clear as X causes Y just because there's correlation in a random pile of questions asked
  8. If yer hdd is dying its not necessarily a good idea running all these cleaning tools, because they make the hard disk work harder... you could see where that would go. (to it failing, and you probably not having a backup?) Has it started since you put the new one in? Have you tried disconnecting the new one and see how it behaves then?
  9. My clutch is broken, it makes the engine rattle like mad, and stalls. D: (mostly in reverse gear)
  10. the NHS must give them so much per year and I suppose they have to spend it..
  11. the drugs company I get my meds off sent me too many syringes.. like.. 4 times the normal. I've now got about 4 thousand pounds worth of medication Apparently something to do with the tax year ending soon, and they've obviously got money to burn.
  12. and you'd have to buy a whole kilo to save 2p!!! That's a lotta damn mushrooms! If you have local markets sometimes they can be a tad cheaper, but its really here nor there for how much you buy.
  13. usually something that you have to pay for. Gone are the days when you used to get top notch games and software free with computers...
