Sony's Turnaround from this time last year is also pretty remarkable. Going from last place every month to first, and with so many great bits of software coming out too.

Up to chapter 3 on Uncharted 2 and loving it so far, the visuals are pretty jaw dropping. Is it wrong that I am having perverted thoughts about Chloe?

One of their problems on offense was they were almost too good, didn't take long enough with the clock. The saints took up almost all of the 2nd quarter on one drive. I'm a Colts fan but it was a hell of game and I certainly wouldn't have begrudged New Orleans the win before kick off. Just glad it was a great game to watch.

Coming from the Gamecube, which I dearly loved everything about; The Wii just left me so unfufilled. It didn't seem to be a big step forward, just a different way to play games that already existed. My first view when I saw it was, why pay £180 when I could use Sky Gamestar for nothing. Now clearly it has some great games but they're far too few between and there are no where near enough good games coming out regularly. Take a look at both the PS3 and 360 release schedules. Never mind all the Killer titles coming out, there are plenty of decent games as well. If that makes any sense.

Superbowl was awesome last night, though I'm paying for the lack of sleep now. I thought for not doing it regularly, the BBC's coverage was spot on. It was great to have an actual current QB in the studio analyzing stuff and he spoke a lot of sense and seemed to enjoy - especially it being from a completely different perspective than he would have been used too (American watching Superbowl from UK).

I don't think it's so much the lack of goals as the lack of physical threat. Arsenal can get away with it against the smaller teams as they can't match them player wise but against the top 2, it just doesn't cut it. Fabregas, Walcott and Arshavin aren't much of a threat in the air against Terry, Carvalho and Ivanovic, yet they still constantly tried balls from out wide into the box.

I suppose I can come accross offensive to certain people, I just don't tolerate fools gladly. I've got a few gimmicks but I don't think i've really disclosed or talked about them on here. It would be up to others to decide how I am viewed.

How hot does Erica Durance look on that cover (on anything).

Don't worry mate, Nintendo won't send round their elite agents on you just for owning a PS3. The fact is every gamer should own a PS3 nowadays, for sheer the amount of quality releases it has had and will have.

I think it's been a bit over the top like, especially when you consider Bridge will only be polishing Cole's boots and Terry is one of the top players in the team.

Yeah, probably would be; but I tend to buy music when the mood suits so I couldn't see myself buying that much music at once.

Apple don't own the music silly, they only host a place to buy it from. It is a bother when you buy a lot of music.

It's awesome. NHL 9 was voted best sports game on any system and 10 only improves on it. It looks respecially sweet in HD and is the closest to real life i've seen in a sports simulation. There are fewer delights than delivering a devastating hit that makes the controller rumble and player crumble to the ground. It can take a bit of getting used to like, scoring goals can be a bitch until you learn how to deke properly, but it's totally worth once it all comes together.

I quite liked the first season of Skins but it kinda became a bit like a soap opera in the second season I thought. haven't seen any episodes with the new cast.- 3920 replies

I would cry sweet tears of joy if they released NHL Breakaway. I became obsessed with Ice Hockey after randomly buying that in a beatties shop many many years ago. I've now re discovered my love of the spot through NHL 10.

I watched 30 mins of Mad Men last night, and apart from waiting for every Christina Hendricks scene - I still have no idea what it's about.
