No, the game interacts with PS2 and PC players, they have no voice chat so I doubt square would bother doing it here. I think there is private chat though.

It doesnt really matter if you use VGA or the ones that come with the 360, both are analogue connections and are pretty similar. The response time is also ok, not the best but you shouldnt get any ghosting.

You can do it in windows XP professional and there are heaps of 3rd party apps you can download that can also do it.
