Part Time UFO (HAL) – Available Now! (28th October 2020)

Probably a stupid question, but why the download code? When I've made eShop purchases on the web they auto-download on the Switch. Just wondering. -

Yeah, there's currently some issues with eShop downloads (for new buys and game updates) even if purchases are processing correctly. If the game icon has appeared on your homescreen but is having bother downloading, cancelling and retrying should kickstart it. If the icon hasn't appeared, can you see the game listed on the redownload page on the eShop? -
I've been trying to remember the last time I watched a full 90 of England. Either those laughable group stage matches at the World Cup in South Africa or the Italy game at a previous Euros. Checking dates, Italy at Euro 2012 it was! That's the guts of ten years. Yonks ago. Time to reset the clock tonight as the big yin doesn't bear missing out on. (Unless it's a snorefest, then you'll see me active on the Switch...)

How do you think Liverpool would have faired this season had Lovren been there clowning around in defence? Soon be time to boogie.

There's whispers from the Scotland camp that Robertson won't feature against the red coats later. He did his back in carrying his ten teammates through matchday one.

Yeah, the Switch eShop is a disaster. I browse it on nintendo.co.uk where you can also make purchases and they will be downloaded to your Switch. https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Nintendo-eShop/Nintendo-eShop-1806894.html Would prefer if it wasn't so clunky on Switch though. For the current download issue, updates and purchases have worked for me after clicking continue when the pop-up message appears and the game icon has the ----x---- on the progress bar. Did it with Tetris 99 today and it updated at the first attempt. I've also noticed the question mark thing on one person's profile so I clicked on it out of curiosity thinking it must be some mega obscure game, and the Switch just pulled the game info off the eShop and now it displays as normal. I think it was just Super Bomberman R or something. There's little hope of the eShop getting optimised (maybe this is as optimised as they can get it...!) but hopefully they can get the download/ update issue sorted asap.

*watches embedded video* That was nothing to do with Shovel Knight.

Well @BowserBasher, your uncle Doug at Nintendo says even though New Horizons was absent from E3, it still remains a big part of Nintendo's future. Doug Bowser speaking to The Verge. https://www.theverge.com/2021/6/17/22537584/nintendo-switch-interview-doug-bowser-e3-2021 Animal Crossing Direct when?

For those not convinced by the review, if the price was the mitigating factor you'll be glad to hear that Part Time UFO is currently 30% off on the eShop, bringing it down to £5.66 until 27th June. I got it and the music is already ingrained deep inside me. -

If anyone is looking for a bit of WayForward to tide them over, Bakugan: Champions of Vestoria is 60% off on the eShop at £15.99 until 27th June. Some Shantaes, River City Girls, Mighty Switch Force!, and Vitamin Connection are reduced too, but we all know Bakugan is the biggie. -
Let's review those Spain stats shall we. Yep. Final score: 0-0. Goals win matches confirmed.

More passwords that you'd have to reset I guess.........

Not that it would have gone any other way with a healthy Eriksen in the side but still, boo, boo to you Denmark! Do it for Christian!

No probs! Next step was to say Ash let's get on a Teams or Zoom call and sort this out.

...okay. If you connected your NNID to your nintendo.co.uk account you can retrieve the NNID itself on the website in account settings then maybe reset the password via the 3DS steps you are following? EDIT: try this and let us know --> https://id.nintendo.net/account/forgotten-password

Are you trying to input your Switch friend code? I ask because NNID are 3DS and Wii U only.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
darksnowman replied to Esequiel's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Breath of the Wild: Corrup2on Whatever, it sounds okay in my head. Totally. I did a run-through of Link to the Past one weekend a month or two ago and since there are "no campaigns or other Switch games planned" for the 35th anniversary, I'm thinking of opening a new file in OoT 3DS and/or Links Awakening. Especially after returning to and finishing BotW, it really put me in the mood to play a concise Zelda. P.S. The ending of OoT is going to blow your mind.
