  1. Not long to go! Here's the lowdown on the Add-on content: Find a wanderer for me - €1.79/£1.59 Know the Red Pookas - €1.79/£1.59 Find a princess for me - €1.79/£1.59 Find a landsknecht for me - €1.34/£1.19 Slay the Gold Guardians - €1.34/£1.19
  2. I hadn't come across those mariachi renditions until now. Great find.
  3. The alchemy pot is indeed instant now. Here's a list of features. That thread is worth keeping an eye on to read peoples impressions.
  4. Not sure. If not, why don't you thread it up and tell us all about Runbow and why you are so excited about it? : peace:
  5. It was just testing you to make sure you were worthy. Yes, I don't know how previous games worked with demon storage (probably similarly!) but you really have to get over those Pokémon catch em and hoard tendencies, don't you? Burroughs is happy to chime in (very loudly) to tell you your collectathon is going well for the quests but if only she'd get her act together and free up storage space for hundreds more demons. I assume that later on money becomes much less of an issue so you can just buy them from the cathedral (what a legend Mido is by the way) and fuse away to your hearts content. Its just cos when I move to a new stratum or area I have that inherent gamer urge to recruit everything before moving on. :P The Wendigo is early doors. It was just a moment where I thought I was gonna get slaughtered because it was a scripted battle - not that the 'random' every day encounters can be taken for granted, either. Then victory brought unexpected adulation only for the game to be "oh, this isn't over yet. Phase two!" Will you have all the Apps by the end or are there so many you will never afford them all?
  6. Maybe it'll be archived and you can catch up. I'd the headphones on when I was watching. I forgot how good the music is in Pokémon XD!
  7. Definitely, man. They research each episode really well. PS @Hero\-of\-Time, dig your GBA Micro out and blast through Link to the Past on that.
  8. Maybe you can still hammer the attack button and win in their turnbased system too.
  9. I thought it may have been eShop only as Londragon posted about it in the 3DS eShop thread but on Nintendo.co.uk it says there's both game card and download versions. I did a bit more reading and there is free DLC every week til June 2016. Level 5 drawing from their Dragon Quest iX expertise!
  10. I've dropped in for a bit. You guys are English wackos. :p
  11. Metacritic reviews to peruse. https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Games/Nintendo-3DS/Little-Battlers-eXperience-1027277.html Apparently this game isn't too bad! Anyone getting it? It's out now on eShop.
  12. Have you had a chance to play any more, @Ike?
  13. Great art style. Now this is a Monster Hunter game I could get into! Have you heard of Monster Hunter Diary: Poka Poka Airou Village? I think it looks pretty great too.
  14. I've been wanting to revive this thread for a while. And now, with Glen-i as my excuse, here goes.
  15. Great stuff. :awesome: Yeah they are a pretty knowledgeable bunch, aren't they? The Link to the Past episode is a good one, I agree. I'm yet to listen to the MGS one this week (when I've visited the site it hasn't been updated - could be an issue on my end?) but I'm looking forward to seeing what I can learn. Having not played any MGS games that I can remember bar a minute or two of the Twin Snakes, I'm sure to learn plenty.
  16. I thanked your post for the comedy value. I don't think its 'nuff said' at all ye boy ye. From what I remember reading, Codename STEAM had its issues but I think being an Intelligent Systems game, it was still well received inspite of this. What went wrong for you, H-o-T?
  17. Would that be Jose Otero? If so, I wasn't the biggest fan of his input on 1UP. Though I eventually warmed to him a bit - there wasn't really much choice! There was a guy did a short lived run of retro podcasts (maybe even videos) on IGN a while back. Can't for the life of me remember his name but his voice was perfect.
  18. Anyone done much reading up on Explorers? Diary of a Final Fantasy Explorer: Tripping the Lite Can Final Fantasy Explorers Follow in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate's Footsteps in the West?
  19. Axe of the Blood God. Its the latest incarnation of Active Time Babble and Roleplayers Realm.
  20. I was skipping through this video earlier to have a listen to the music. It sounds really good.
  21. You weren't hyped already? It's a new EO game man!
  22. I gave the demo a whirl - I've had it downloaded for quite a while though never tried it. There is a lot to absorb. Did my character have a child with one of the others? I could have been skipping through the text too quickly but the creation of a little chibi gunslinger seemed, erm, a tad weird. The battle system appears to have a lot of depth - I was kind of overwhelmed so I might give the demo another go, cos I'm curious to get to grips with it. The demo dungeon was nothing special (something about it reminded me of Baroque on the Wii) but I was still very impressed with the graphics. Although as a disclaimer, I think I'm getting more and more easy to impress by graphics. When I played a bit of Monster Hunter 3 on the 3DS the other year, I found it incredible to be playing a Wii game on a handheld.
  23. I only really read about the first Pokémon Mystery Dungeon entry (it was red and blue, iirc?) and it sounded pretty meh. Maybe back then the reviewers (that I read) didn't understand the roguelike concept? It's quite possible. Shiren DS didn't have masses of party members to worry about - you could add three others to your party if you came across them during your dungeon crawl and that was it. With Etrian Mystery Dungeon incorporating the guild idea to create your party, that should be one aspect you two, @Glen\-i, are already more familiar with than I am.
  24. Giving this thread a friendly bump as Conception II is down on sale to €14.99 / £13.49 on the eShop. Cubed3 and NintendoLife scored it as 80% in their reviews. Anyone else here tried it since release? Have you any update to give us on your views, @Grazza?
