April 2020 submission: Magikoopa's Molten Madness F9K-CN5-3VG When I read the theme is autoscroll it immediately sprung to mind that I recently saw a level in Endless that was an autoscroll with a Bowser chase, so I was thinking of putting something along those lines in at the end of this one. However, Animal Crossing and all that... The level is not supposed to be cheap, however having Magikoopas brings with it a certain random element, so maybe you'll score a copter mushroom and be grand, or maybe you'll have to dodge fire bars and giant boos. Day three of project move the shop one square will be complete in about five minutes. It has taken three days of moving trees and shimmying the shop around bit by bit, all because you cannot move buildings one or two squares if it overlaps with their current position; they need spaces for entirely fresh plots! Also, seeing all the fishing prizes lying around from yesterday is like... wow did that really happen.

Congrats! I tried the no-bait method after reading @Tales posts earlier but I averaged 2-3 fish sightings per go because my waters were empty! I am only getting 9-10 with bait.

How do you see your total so far? I am up to six prizes with little will to continue.

Why isn't fishing bait available to buy in the shop or even by the tournament runner! ...buy a shovel... grind for clams... hammer the A button to craft clams...

I have been using bait, yeah. When I saw the tournament rules have changed from being open all day to needing to catch as many as you can in three minute bursts, I harvested clams and made bait, expecting to be one and done with the tournament! So far I have went back enough to score three items. I don't know if I'll be reaching 300 points (come on!) so I really hope points accumulated today carry over to the next tournament.

Tempting fate here but I am yet to catch a single egg during the three minute tournaments. Until seeing your posts I thought they actually had the gumption to disable eggs for this.

Well go on then, you get a couple of grand out of it each time so why not!

Got a fish wand from the tournament. The animal running the tournament doesn't seem to tell you all the available prizes so anyone know if the tournament is worth doing multiple times?
