What is Nintendo's problem with LAN. Fair enough, not many people would be using it, but still, why? Both Mario Kart DD and 1080 Avalanche shipped with LAN, so why drop it this generation?

Hmm. I'd have prefered slightly longer. All games must be at least 16 hours to complete, or the world ends. Fact.

This is definately a must have for me, but i'll have to wait a few weeks (with Pikmin, Chrono Trigger, HotD Overkill in the in two weeks, i'm a busy, and rather poor, boy).

Unless the include a widescreen option (which would be a crazy big job for these games), i'd rather not see RE0, or REmake re-released.

I've bought it, having played it to death on Cube, and i'm absolutely loving it. Its a joy to revisit, and the controls are superb, improving the experience totally- although i'm finding the alternative to the 'c' stick grouping slightly quirky. In regards to the 30 day cycle, there is a concession in being able to restart from any played day, but i won't be using it.

There is an unlockable 'directors cut', which takes different routes through each level etc and that effectively doubles the replay. Since i've only played arcade light gun games, 3 hours is obviously an improvement on 20 mins. Initially it seems short though. Eurogamer did slate the Hand Cannons.

Eurogamer lavish praise on Overkill, despite a handful of flaws. Main story 3 hours . 8/10.

Absolutely. I think the ONLY reason the Prime series has suffered is because its consistenty, and quite wrongly, compared with Bungies underwhelming but massively hyped Halo series. Really??? How bizarre.

I've nearly completed this, i've thoroughly enjoyed it. My only gripe is in parts of later levels the shake-to-jump mechanic becomes a chore, but ultimately doesn't detract from the fun too much. I've not gone back to earlier levels to check, does the game save your painted town? I'm guessing not due to the 512mb flash restraints, but that'd be a great inclusion for De Blob 2.

Call Nintendo Customer Service, they'll send out a postage label in include costs, you take it to your local Post Office. Nintendo tech team will then look at it- and if they are going to charge you they'll write out to you BEFORE any work is done and the charges raised. You have the choice of refusing the work. I'm told by a Nintendo Advisor that most work will be done free of charge- although they'll charge for obvious negligence. I seem to recall the advisor saying they've repaired a dog chewed DS out of warranty, FOC. Don't listen to anyone who says 'do it yourself'. Send it to Nintendo.

There seems to be quite a back lash over the RE5 demo, if thats reflected at retail, it may further push Capcom to re-imagine it for a Wii title. They've got a damned impressive engine in the room marked 'Monster Hunter 3'. Get rid of the token ethnic co-op character, and as far as i'm concerned, its a winner.

I'm not so sure. Its all well and good HVS and Capcom producing impressive engines for games, but neither The Conduit or MH3 seem to have masses of enemies. All the associated AI, animation routines, etc of large scale numbers, would Wii really cope? Now maybe with a brand new engine a few more characters could be added, but would it be worth it? -
Is it not legally binding for them to supply it at your original pre-ordered price? But I'm no legal genius so don't flame my legal guesswork.

Just on the off-chance that High Voltage do read N-E, may i make a suggestion: Slappers Only was great in Goldeneye, how about an equally potty mode.
