  1. I love talking to girls when out, bars or clubs... even the old ones, ain't that right @Blade? Haha It gets funny when I'm out with @Zechs Merquise and we're chatting to a few girls, then the lovely Blade plods along in drunken stupor to end the flirting with "I'm too drunk, I want to go home." To be fair to him, it's only happened a couple times of the few we've been out. #ShitSwig :p
  2. Ah... my sarcasm radar has been on the fritz and is in the shop for repairs. :p
  3. For me, for this game online with voice-chat absolutely is the be all and end all.
  4. Would've got if it was online for a laugh with you guys... but otherwise it just doesn't appeal to me in the slightest.
  5. Online on MK8! :p I've got Tinder... it's just too much, you get too many matches and can't keep up with all the messages coming in. I ended up having a cull of my matches and have stopped using it now.
  6. @Blade, I knew you'd "thank" this post.
  7. Miyamoto created Link, I'll take his description of him over Aonuma's interpretation. Not that he is you directly, just that he is an avatar through which you experience the gameworld... thus he remains Link, remains as he always had.
  8. I hope he gets better, but whilst doing so he plays his WiiU, let's say MK8 online. He then plays with his friends and wants to talk to them... then of course it clicks; "our online is retarded"... he recovers, goes back into work and sorts out their shit online attitude. If only.
  9. But a proto chicken isn't a chicken. It's a close relative, but not quite a chicken, ergo egg first. Anyhoo, I don't think the WiiU sales of Watch Dogs would've been all that great. It would've been like the Rayman titles but the other way round; WiiU version sells least.
  10. But still, a sperm/egg is not a chicken. So then the egg was first.
  11. For anyone that "doesn't do books" but fancies giving them a go I absolutely have to recommend you give Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury a go. I know this doesn't relate to GoT, but I have to say it!
  12. The very first chicken, which would've been a mutation as you say, would have come from an egg though. So the egg would have been first, albeit not a chicken egg. Right?
  13. I love the crazy ones, although I have finally got rid of my stalker I think (no, not @Blade) haha.
  14. Buttons don't need the fidelity of an analogue stick though which is why I think the raised position is much better. My only gripe with the Pro Controller buttons is that the Y button is spaced slightly too far from the analogue stick. The buttons could be slightly smaller and closer to gather like they are on the Gamepad. That grouping and positioning on the Gamepad is perfect! If they translated that to the Pro Controller, gave it analogue triggers, a headset slot and generally upped the build quality (I don't see any issue with that in honesty) then it would be perfect! I don't have a problem with the buttons feeling too hard but then again I haven't used it for MK8 where you are almost always holding down a button.
  15. Both analogues are now in the most natural position for your thumb, it's great! Finally a pad has it right! Funnily enough though, I prefer the Gamepad, the spacing between the buttons and the right analogue is perfect and the analogues themselves both being level is far better than the off-kilter Miscrosoft version or the completely stupid Sony version where they're both off-kilter.
  16. I hope that these question keep bein out to them and then followed up on if skirted around. They need to know that we need this function in there! Hopefully if it's reiterated enough it'll get put in... if not then I lose all hype for the game.
  17. The Pro Controller for the WiiU has it sorted... if it had analogue triggers it'd be the dog's dangly bits!
  18. They didn't give a direct answer. They skirted around it saying they were including methods to communicate. The person who said it would have voice-chat wasn't a developer, he was just a chap hired to work at the Nintendo Booth to ensure the lines were moving and people only played their allotted time.
  19. I would be, definitely! From what we've seen in both the Treehouse and the Digital Event, there are multiple courses and multiple weapons which will add to the variety and change-up tactics. I think it looks absolutely amazing, Game of Show for me! It just needs voice-chat!
  20. I went into Grainger Games yesterday on my lunch hour to check out the two consoles and I felt there just aren't enough games I want at the moment to warrant grabbing one. The XBO looked the more inticing with Titanfall. I was thinking of picking one up within the next few months, something to plug the insanely huge gaps in the WiiU's library. Especially huge considering the only titles coming that are exciting me for WiiU are Smash Bros, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Splatoon and Zelda... I don't think I'll be picking up any others they announced as they just do nothing for me. I'd have killed for a Metroid or Waverace at E3... and more new IP. Splatoon though looks fantastic, as long as it gets voice-chat.
  21. Oh it's much more comfy to hold than the past iterations, isn't quite up to the comfort of the Cube or 360 pads, but my big gripe is with the placement of the analogue sticks... having them both positioned where they are is something I really do not like at all.
  22. Yeah that guy was spouting crap.
  23. Hmmm, more food for thought then. Although I prefer the XBO pad. I'm so indecisive!
  24. Out of those I only really rate Halo... and I have played them all. The others I found to be good but not great, many of the 3rd Party games are better. It really would be a 3rd Party machine for me.
