Yeah but that was such a mess. It might grow on me when I listen to the whole album. Also it annoyed me as the "joke" of "I am/not my hair" has been done before. I even had this in my head about 2 days ago... And the lyrics were "...". It's like when people make flms with needlessly shit dialouge...just..let someone rewrite it better.

Remix would be better if they got over the vocals gimmick. I like how it sounds like it was conceived in a hell dimension though. Fitting. I watched the highlights from Big Weekend - she looked really good - for once her costumes made her look stunning. I loved the belly. Edge of Glory was good but repetitive. Liked the jazz bit a LOT. Good to see her branching out and doing strange, cool interludes as she sees fit. Very Madonna.

Yeah it'll look awesome on my c.v...though it's actually just filming some 3rd year Music students final performance thing, they're also a "company" called EverPresent and I got offical credit as Artistic Director of the film crew. :D I'm stunned.

I edit videos all the time because I do filmmaking. In terms of 'professional' stuff I just (last night) filmed a multimedia performance thing for a multimedia performance art collective thingie that I'll be editing too. Be interesting as my first proper editing job. Unpaid though.

Animal Man issue 5 ...y'know. Everything I think of just comes up as entire Grant Morrison runs, since I see his full runs as single stories (because they are really). Flex Mentallo completely counts a single story, it's a 4-issue mini. Yet to be topped by anything ever. But then also shouldn't really be compared to the majority of 'superhero' comics anyway. Outwith Morrison storylines that spring to mind are...Whedon's Astonishing X-Men...hm. I remember liking how good JMS's Spider-Man was, but then that was in contrast to the horror of Howard Mackie/John Byrne *vomits* before him.

Marvel as a universe > DC. That's basically undisputable. It's much better developed and more like...it knows where it's going. It feels like a living thing, and since EVERYTHING interacts with each others, your too aware. / that made no sense, but I know what I mean. DC is too much about reboots, reloads, re-this, Earth-2 that blah blah. The only time it was done stunningly was by Grant Morrison. of course I'd say that though I enjoy DC of course, but it's just weaker overall in comparison. It feels like everything you read will be undermined soon enough.
