  1. You've inspired me to listen to her again! She's an awesome artist, but for some reason, I don't listen to her for ages at a time. July was the last time I listened to a whole album of hers. While Begin To Hope is her "worst" it's still pretty great.
  2. It's very good, actually. I didn't think it would be that good.
  3. Well it does, in a way. Not only was it obviously NOT serious (yes, I understand that he might not have known who it was at first), it was on live radio, and therefore, even if initially it was misunderstood, it was a joke. There was no intent... Well I'm over it. I do think it was a bit over the top, and could be scary if you didn't know who it was, but It doesn't deserve suspension.
  4. Overreation much? So ridiculous. She's a fucking erotic dancer, in a group called Satanic Sluts! So she cannot be offended, basically. The suicide bit...worse, but learn to get over shit. It wasn't like some random phoned you up and did that (genuinely threatening). It was two of the biggest TV personalities in the UK.
  5. I'd be very scared, but I have one of those raised beds (like a bunkbed, but without the bottom bunk), so I could maybe hold fort if an evildoer came upon my sleeping personage. It's really bad, cause my sister and mum both have rooms right beside the front door, and each have massive windows out into the bushes outside our house, so could run away in the event of an intruder/fire. I'm at the back of the house, and cause our house is on a hill, my window opens out into a sizeable drop.
  6. I don't know about anyone else, but I keep seeing The Saturdays advertised, and all hyped up, when from what I heard, it literally sounds like a sythesizer singing. There's no individuation between the voices, or any personality...at least in the 2 songs the adverts play.
  7. It's a twist on the title of the TV show "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy".
  8. Congrats Bears. (Just to call you something different ) Day was good. Everyone involved in Division Drama was told we had until a week on Thursdy to be ready for performance that night (we were scheduled for THIS thursday, and we so weren't ready). Otherwise got very little work done in D.T, English or my free periods (a.k.a Art). Went back after Badminton to do another rehearsal, and it annoys me that just case the other group finishes first, our group decides that we have to leave too. Especially since they were mucking about for ages, when we should really have been rehearsing... Walked home (about 30 min walk) with a friend who lives on the same road, but like 10 minutes before my house. Good chat about art colleges etc.
  9. That one of the cartoons of the women is atrocious...what the fuck is that? How fucking demeaning to women everywhere..how fucking celebrity obsessed. Makes me a bit sick. Saying what, oh you can have Dirty Psychotic Poon on one hand, or some male model? I'm actualy angered by that.
  10. Really loved it. Like the 28 Days Later stylee, and the fact that it's made more "real" with BB being represented perfectly, down to the past housemates! Makosi get!
  11. Seeing The Kills on 4th November, then Goldfrapp the day after! WOOOP! Both are excellent bands, and if people are put off or don't like only the dancey Goldfrapp stuff they've heard, try their early (and newest) stuff instead. Utopia - Goldfrapp (Their very best, imo) Fried My Little Brains - The Kills
  12. Well, isn't he just saying that he doesn't want to rush out any old action-packed story in his head, as that wouldn't be anywhere near as good as TDK? And the fact that he claims to have not left intentional cliffhangers/open-ended bits. Which is fair enough. But he's a good director, and most likely knows the threequel curse, and rightly focused on one at a time.
  13. Shouldn't there be a diffrentiation between a genuine desire to purchase a ticket to this film in order to seek the same enjoyment one would of a normal film, and then people I know who just go in big groups for the sheer laugh of it (Half the joke is the fact they are going to see it...)? I assume we're talking about going to see it of our own free will, no coercion necesarry.
  14. I agree. That's way too low.
  15. The image and quote are so perfect! Love this one.
  16. heybybybyeyey.
  17. Type "Mouse Orgy" into Youtube to see what really goes on behind the scenes at Disney... (last time I checked it was that)
  18. Where've you heard it? *pauses* *remebers he gave up listening to radio ages ago* I agree, it's rubbish. It's like a really bad acting performance, the way he sings it.
  19. I just did this again, and got that same quote! Glad I didn't bother making a Cd cover with the (rubbish) image I got.
  20. I hate those sunglasses. It's like girls want to look unattractive. It's those sickening anime/manga girls with eyes so big they deform their head. (Nothing against that girl, Freak, just the glasses)
  21. Because she just joined her new record label, who wanted to start off strong, by rereleasing Exile, with new features, like the DVD and extra tracks, and to be fair, it had official run out of print. That said, It's unlikely she'll go back to that sound, she prefers her slick and happy pop music now. She said she agreed to sing the entire of her first album live again because she was past the pain she felt when writing it all those years ago etc.
  22. I spy my lovely Bellatrix Bonham Carter.
