I'm Henry Gray. I've probably posted this before, but I couldn't be arsed reading through and checking.

My school seems thankfully lax about P.E in general, strange considering it's a relatively small school (compared to other private ones in Edinburgh), with a big focus on Rugby etc. Showers after anything haven't been enforced since...P5? Definitely junior school. There was a big fiasco, as one of the class teachers who doubled as a junior rugby teacher for the young-uns (and who had to turn on the showers for a waiting queue of naked children, and then guard it...) turned out to have lots of child porn on his computer (in the school boarding house, no less!). I think the school were a bit less strict about showers in general, after that.

Girls are highly competitive, but not in the same areas as boys. [/general rule of life] Take social status/physical appearance as a generalised example.

Scream Watched this with my sister, for her first "scary film". She's 12, and she decided that she needed toughening up, movie-wise. I knew she'd love this, as it's a classically fun film, scary and funny in the right ways. So many classic scenes, a highlight being the Tatum vs. Ghostface garage fight. Excellently keeps you guessing and reassessing who you think it is until the end. 8/10

It's less fun though. Plus I hate being spoiled. I avoid trailers for things I like the sound of etc, so I try never to listen to a full album before I get it, unless I'm really dubious about if I'll like it or not. I'll of course end up getting it soon anyway...but still.

No, not really. My sister has to "touch wood" at everything, which is a pain. But I don't see what's so terrifying about a cracked mirror and stuff.

I would use Spotify, but I like the physicality of owning music myself. It's why I like buying CD's and stuff, despite exclusivbely playing music using iTunes an my iPod.

Most of the girls just decide whether they're going to "games" (what we call it, as if it were the olympics or something...) whenever, but they all do dance anyway, save one, who does Hockey. It seems that being in the last year, people just don't care if you don't show up. I have more pressing work to do in any case *hasn't gone for about 2+ months, but technically HAS been doing work*.

Yeah, I just forgot her name, and she looks vaguely like Rihanna. In other news, I can confirm I blew the same horn during episode 2, as well. Shouting "Boomer, you bitch!" loudly.

I'm only half-way or so through the first episode of BSG Series 1, and I remembered how soul-crushing it is to watch. I just paused it as I had to blow a horn in tension/excitement. *goes back to watch* I love Rihanna being in it.

Depends where/what you have done, yeah. And if you get it dyed. Though for me, if I evewr dye my hair, it doesn't require the HUGE price tags salons attach to it...I don't want tonal streaks or whatever they do. When I have it black, it's just 4.50 from boots, to have it red was more expoensive, but I had to buy bleach too. But I have the worst hair ever, and therefore need a proper person to cut it..

I remember I had Barbies for a while, and probably liked them equally to my comic action figure and action men collection. By Primary 1 I had grown out of them naturally. And I still love comic book stuff, and liked action figures for a long while after, maybe until 12-13...now not so much, but that's cause I don't "play". Love love love Marvel/DC all that shiz.

I love the various references to my life it has too. A shared love of Siouxsie & The Banshees (obviously not to the psychological extent the connotations of the love have on Sheba), and the fact that the art teachers daughter is calle Polly Hart, the name of my art teacher.

Preview of Bat For Lashes new album, Two Suns. Clickity here for video/audio Very reminiscent of Kate Bush (normally a cliched statement of "strange" women, but I have an informed opinion).

Fleetingly played the original, but played the DS version for quite a while the last week. I love the concept, and the Wii felt a lot better than DS, so I might consider this game.

£25 Technically cheaper online, but I had no money on my card, just in hand. And I wanted in naaaaw. I'm officially on the bandwagon, having loved the mini-series! £5 Always meant to see it, and my English teacher said I should, as Nicole Kidman plays Virginia Woolf (winning Best Actress Oscar for it), who of course wrote To The Lighthouse, which I'm doing now. Streep hasn't let me down so far, and Julianne Moore can be excellent when she wants to. £5 A classic I should own, and I'm gonna watch it with my sister as her first "scary movie".

Avvie: Pointlessly small (Huh?) and just less fun. 4.9/10 Sig: Better, but too "I did this a second ago on Photoshop." Actually, it'd look 300000000x better without the silly text/font across the nice pattern. It throws the whole thing off. Yeah do that. Have a more subdued font, smaller, right way round and on the bottom somewhere. 6/10 -
Well don't quote stuff out of context... I hate the fact they're manufactured etc, and that the main (only?) singer was brought into the group just to aid their singing career etc, rather being a dancer in whatever show they were part of before. That said, whatshername Sherzinger has a decent voice and they have some good pop songs, that I wasn't aware of until I listened to the album itself. However they murdered, quartered and threw off a cliff Tainted Love, Feeling Good and Hot Stuff.

Notes On A Scandal Read the book a few years back, loved it. Finally saw the film, and both Judi Dench and Cate Blanchett were excellent. Also loved the inclusion (IIRC not in the book?) of Sheba being obsessed with Siouxsie and The Banshees, and using Dizzy in the soundtrack. But yeah, Barbara's obsession and desperation was wonderfully done too. Felt really embaressing after I watched it though, my aunt was round, and she may/may not/was involved in a scandal of the same nature, and daren't be reminded of it. 8.3/10

13 year old "thought it would be good to have a baby"

I hope the children are taken away or something. -
I'm back from my shitty long weekend. I listened to PCD by The Pussycat Dolls out of interest (my sister got it for Xmas, amongst others), and It has a few remarkable tracks. I won't lie, a lot of their singles are awesome, and a lot are shit. ----- Lady GaGa is awful. She need a swift kick, and to stop harping on about how arty she is. Cause...she's just not.
