I'm waiting to see what happens when you really get into the meat of her catalogue. UTp is a good one, as it has a good few catchy upbeat ones, but also some of her greatest works, lke Yes, Anastasia <3.

Heard any of the live "plugged" versions? The additional section makes the song run usually past the 8 minute mark! I love rain though. Felt like a sign. Raining, 3 buses that should have come never did, so I had to walk/jog to school (with 5 minutes to get there!), and then Purple Rain came on shuffle on my iPod. Apart from that DAMPENER!!!!!!! on my day, it was fine. I'm deconstructing/making a sculpture using a barbie doll, and coping with it.

E.R is pretty decent tbf. Why people would watch shit like Casualty and Holby City when decent doctory programs are around in beyond me. I watched it for years, so I grew attached to the characters too. Never watched things like House or Grey's Anatomy.

While Prince's newer stuff seems to be more fun than substantial and innovative, sometimes some of the stuff he comes out with works SO well. In Chocolate Box (ft. Well...Cheryl Cole's album is pretty shit. Suprisingly mediocre-bad, actually. It sounds like all the songs are Black Eyed Peas (not suprising, Will I Am is the producer I think?) rejects, but then rerecorded by Cheryl, who really does not have the voice to carry them off, and has no gravitas in her voice at all.

If there's one thing you should all know about me, it's that I have nothing but reverence for Carmen and Lebo. EDIT: I just shat myself. They have the Lion King 2 soundtrack on Spotify. The memories. The shit won't stop. Ladysmith Black Mombazo...god. Such a stunning soundtrack.

I love. I do hate how there's never really been a defined way of "being racist" and "not being racist". I didn't know for years that "coloured" was supposedly offensive (not that I used it, but I heard it used in a non-negative way). But in Edinburgh, where there are very few ethnic groups in comparison to white people, I don't think pointing a person out by the colour of their skin in a crowd or whatever can really be frowned upon...is that offensive? I'm so confused. It's not like it's a lie or anything...

Foul is a bit of an exaggeration, but I can't think of any chocolate less satisfying. So greasy with that shit in the middle. But it's not indulgently greasy and moist, it's..crumbly and insubstantial, while still managing to ruin my day/eating experience. The only chocolate I would consider truly satisfying are those thin cadbury's bars, and lindt lindor (and similar more expensive chocs).

Might try that later. So yeah, I've basically been listening to Prince all week. Would have posted a few things on here, but he's only on Spotify, and I dislike posting links to Spotify, you can just find it yourself. The Cross and Paisley Park are currently my favourites.

ReZ, Kinder Buenos are foul. Ignoring the fact that all chocolate is never quite as satisfying as one's brain expects it will be, Bueno is awful.

Well no one has ever heard of Ariel Kobbler or whatever her name is in JTMD, but Katherine Heigl is a kinda recent "star" who is quite well known.

Was doing my art project for tomorrow, when my friend who was up from london (who I didn't go and see last night) rang my house demanding I see her before she left. So I went out for an hour and a half or so, just had a beer with people then left them to roll joints in public view.

John Tucker Must Die is bad within the genre. If you like it, then it would be a guilty pleasure. Mean Girls is excellent within the genre. I.e not a guilty pleasure.
