Oh yeah...I need a costume for Hallowe'en. I have to astonish them. I always plan good ones, then do shit things. One year I planned to go as someone being attacked by a facehugger (from alien), but it looked like I'd just drawn a vagina with a tail and was wearing it as a necklace.

lol! I love. People assuming I'm an indian woman. I'm stunned. I'm white as a sheet and the closest I get to indian is that my grandmother was a quarter pakistani. So no, I'm basically in no way asian, any way, shape or form. Paj Meen Ah is a play on Pashmina, which was just a username I chose on another site after it became the end of a joke at school that day, so it was in my head. And it wasn't shit like james65h or whatever. But I changed it when I came over here, initially to see if ReZ would realise it was me. I've never worn a pashmina in my life. :/ EDIT: LOL! How is "Pashmina" a female indian name?! A genuine lol. "Hey Pashmina! Come play with us!" lol!

Neither track impressed me, and I'm a Sonic Youth fan (but I don't own Washing Machine). I'll vote Sonic Youth though. Rasputin would have got my vote if it had been more concise.

I understan wanting to make an impact, but you can do it in a good way, not just cramming everything on so it looks like a rip-off of a Star Wars poster. Recent promos that have really appealed to me are things like... It really stands out, and if that was the cover of a comic, i'd go and pick it u to find out what it was. Obviously the type wouldn't have to be like that the whole time, but it would make an interesting first issue. The figure could have magicy stuff coming out of the gun, or there could be another figure with them. I just feel the whole affair would look less "..." if it was more considered (in regards to appearance on the shelf/visual communication etc).

Still looks cheapy though. Stark or interesting covers stand out much more than overcrowded ones that don't need to be. Plus it effectively contains spoilers for things that aren't going to happen for ages (werewolves etc). I always loved the old Ultimate covers, how they were rarely of events within the issue, or if they were, it was just a portrait of a character or two that featured predominantly. They felt edgy and modern (oo-er).
