Is Sonic 2 coming to XBLA anytime soon? I was gonna buy it on VC same time as I buy Paper Mario, but if it's on its way to XBLA I'd prefer that, and then I can get Megaman and another NES game at the same time as PM.

I hate how they ask other drivers about Hamilton when they interview them after they retire. I was impressed with Hamiltons thinking when he crashed and kept his engine running though. The start of this race reminded me of Brazil a few years ago when there was something of a pile up after a rain storm so bad that the race was ended early, leaving Fisichella in a Jordan to win the race. Which was then taken away from him, given back to him, and then taken away again.

You think if my TV was to fall off my desk purely accidentally, my parents/insurance would buy me a nice new, HD one? :p I've been looking for one for awhile. The current TV I have I just measured at 14", and my monitor at 17". Is there any good ones going for less than £200 (the cheaper the better)? I don't mind on size, aslong as it's at least 14", to match my current set.

You just need to practice Moria. You get used to sliding down for the orange button eventually. At first it seems really hard, but just play through the songs in order. I only managed 3 stars on most hard songs at first, but just play through as far as you can until you get stuck, then start from the first song again. That was my method, at least.

Annoyed I missed this, but I've got Still Game then Fonejacker to exercise my laughing muscles tonight :p

Last I checked the update wasn't up on the UK site, but it was on the US. Don't know why.

Not me. I just spent 3 hours straight on DiRT. I usually can't play a game that long at once, and I usually hate driving games. That is how awesome DiRT is.

I still have a subscription to NGamer. Even though most of the news I read in it is old to me, I still enjoy the features and reviews that they do, and I trust their opinion more than pretty much any web review.

Tellyn and Caris - what the hell is that picture? Lol. I've had mine on Connect24 since launch. Once or twice I've noticed it get particularly hot and taken the power cable out. I don't think it helps that I have the Wiimote docking station charging aswell. But I've not had any problems so far.

Hasn't he already done that in one of the trailers? :p

I agree with this. I was playing DiRT yesterday. Twice I failed the race. But I didn't mind, it was my fault. The third time I was stopped short by a disc read error. I immediately hit the power button and stormed out the room.

This game seems to be taking the best bits of 64 and Sunshine - the bowser stages and non-FLUDD sectons - and making them the biggest focus of the game. T'will be awesome.

Yeah. It's great so far though. Unlimited ammo makes it kinda easy though. Just spamming the rifle and rocket launcher. It's only a rental afterall so if I get bored of it I don't need to finish it to feel I got my moneys worth or anything.

No online co-op for Halo seems really silly - I mean, is there a reason NOT to include it, other than perhaps to meet the deadline for release? If it is the words of a certain Mr. Miyamoto comes to mind: "A rushed game is always rushed, a delayed game will eventually be great." Also, what is up with the achievements on EDF? No imagination there at all. Some stuff like "Kill xx amount of insects" "Destroy xx amount of buildings" etc would have been far better.

By the way guys I think those of us who have seen it should start spoiler tagging theories again for those who are gonna watch it on BBC.

I was sold a pirated version of Wario Ware while on holiday in Spain...still worked fine though.

I don't get the hubbub over Bomberman. I downloaded the version on the Virtual Console and wasn't much impressed, even with the multiplayer. Earth Defense Force arrived today! So awesome. Splat spalt splat goes the giant ants, smash smash smash goes the skyscapers. Maybe the Earth ants that we all know are some sort of spies, intel gatherers...

My 19" SD CRT owns the lot of you! Actually I should seriously consider getting a little HDTV. How much does a 20ish inch go for these days?
