  1. I keep coming to this thread just to see whether a Wii U price cut has been announced.
  2. Any new bundles announced for EU/Germany? Like PS4+NFS Rivals+ 2 DS4+ Camera for 500€? Might get some extra cash soon and would love to get a nice bundle after Christmas.
  3. Yeah, how many of you are pussies? :p I died 3 or 4 times. Fairies kept saving me. Want to do a hard mode run with 3 hearts as soon as I'm finished with the game. But that's impossible isn't it? You can't not take the first few heart containers, can you?
  4. Holy shit, @Animal ...Really hope, you're ok... Quick info, before I tell my 'bad stuff story of the year': I am currently living with my mom, because I still haven't found a nice, cheap flat near my university. Yesterday I left my keys on the living room table. Didn't take them with me to my room, which I normally always do. Now, my mom has this stupid paranoia that the front door has to be locked all the time, even when I'm/she's at home (that's stupid, right? I think it's stupid :p). She is at work now. What's the problem, you may ask? She misplaced my keys and I cannot, for the love of god, find them. I'm an almost 24 year-old, grown-up man and I can't get out of the house to go to university. Don't know whether I should laugh or cry.
  5. Was supposed to have a date last Saturday, remember? Fell ill, had to cancel. Lady has been kind of distant in her text messages before, anyway. Don't think she's even interested at all. Go, @Diageo you dirty, dirty minx.
  6. Vote: Sheikah
  7. Started it up...almost shed a tear. It's beautiful. And the music... Goodbye again
  8. Just bought this. Goodbye.
  9. 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors and Virtue's Last Reward What makes them my choice for 'best games this generation'? They are truly memorable unlike any other game I've played this generation. Their music, art-style, story and atmosphere are perfectly in synch.
  10. Will get this tomorrow at a store near my university. Doubt it'll be sold out. Cannot fucking wait!
  11. Don't know whether I was successful last night as I didn't get a PM, @ReZourceman ?
  12. I do. And I will do again, if you put the new cards in the store If you don't I'll contact you soon :p I already told you how much I like your cards. And the new ones... They suck.
  13. I'll go to the surface to claim any gems that are left there :p
  14. Alright, cya. *off to another castle*
  15. Don't want to watch it in German. Even if it doesn't have much dialogue (no idea, whether it has). I could see it in English but I'd have to drive about 100km for that... Also...I don't like going to the cinema. And by that I mean I despise it.
  16. Still waiting for the BluRay-release of Gravity. I'm dying to see it. Just finished watching The Place Beyond the Pines Brilliant movie. I hate that those kinds of movies don't get the recognition they deserve in Germany. The majority of my fellow fucking Germans only likes naked men/women with photoshopped abs/tits/asses (yes..they do look good), teenage vampires or those lovey-dovey romantics. I hate my country.
  17. @Yvonne @Cube What does the gem do? Care to share? @Sheikah Yes I got the turtle.
  18. Just seen X-Men for the very first time. Good movie. I enjoyed it. But it's obvious that it's from the year 2000 And David Hayter wrote the screenplay...that came as a surprise. Now I need to see the other four installments of the series (which are already in my possession/ordered).
  19. Game looks better, now that I've seen the October trailer. Shame I don't own a WiiU. Bundle the console with the game for 200€ and I will get one. This won't happen for the next one or two years, though - if ever... Well, Nintendo will be able to survive without me buying their games :p
  20. The greatest thing in that video is Jimmy Fallon's eyes filled with genuine amazement. He's enjoying this. This is what gaming is all about (yes, I consider the play room a real video game). Make people enjoy the new technology. For us 'hardcore gamers' the playroom won't have the same effect and this 'next generation' will have a rocky start, but I can see myself enjoying games the same way Jimmy Fallon enjoys playing with virtual robots.
  21. Currently reading Bright Young Things by Scarlett Thomas. It's brilliant so far. Edit: Well, finished it...and hmmmm... The ending isn't what I had expected, and I'm not sure I like it. The rest of the book is amazing, though. Six characters end up on an island and they have to 'survive'. But it's not about survival. It's about how they interact. And I could relate to everyone of them. Scarlett Thomas become my favourite author since I've finished The End of Mr Y and PopCo several years ago. Is there anyone who's read either of those and could recommend me something similar? I'll buy every other book she's written, but I'd like to know if there are any other authors covering similar themes
  22. In that case I'll swim to the surface
  23. I was roleblocked.
