  1. Crafting materials are shared between settlements that are linked by trade routes. So if you store any junk in one workbench it will become available in all linked settlements. Stuff like weapons and armor, however, can't be accessed in all linked settlements, as far as I have observed. The game needs a scrap-function in the Pip-Boy.
  2. That's good to know. I haven't found a weapon with a suppressor, though. Reached level 13, so that's not a problem anylonger Crafted three suppressors : peace: Time to test them in the fields. :awesome:
  3. Don't read if you want to avoid spoilers. Afterbirth secret hunt Oh man, the devs really made the community work
  4. Won't be home before late afternoon and not sure if I'll have time as I may need to prepare work for Monday. I'll let you know over PSN whether I'm ready to join. : peace:
  5. Dude, you can't say that here. :p So what's the news? Didn't watch the direct too busy playing Fallout 4 Awesome new games? I've already read that Twilight Princess HD looks shit.
  6. Can't craft a suppressor without having the Gun Nut Perk at level 2. And I have an upgraded Pipe Pistol as well as an upgraded Pipe Sniper Rifle. They are ok. I play on Very Hard which is probably the reason why they don't do as much damage as I wish they'd do. Haven't encountered any problems with screws, so far. I pick up a lot of junk and scrap them as soon as I have access to a workbench. Don't need that particular perk.
  7. Had my first crash after 10 hours. Wanted to assign a settler to harvest corn. The game didn't seem to like that Anyway, did some more exploring. Came across my first Legendary enemy. Dropped an armor piece which doesn't have great defensive stats but increases the sweet spot on locks during lockpicking. : peace: Also came across some Super Mutants which wrecked my shit. Level 11. I'll save my Perk Points so I can open up Gun Nut lvl 2 and some others at level 13. Can't wait to have suppressors on my weapons. Right now I'm not particularly stealthy after shooting once
  8. Jesus Christ...how much freetime do you have?
  9. 100 Platinum trophies? Or 100 games completed this year?
  10. House M.D. opening for North America Dr. House opening for Europe (Season 1) Dr House opening for Europe (Seasons 2-8)
  11. Spent an hour in and around a power plant sneaking and fighting my way through enemies. So much fun In an earlier post I wrote that I was at level 10...that was bullshit, no idea why I said that. I've reached level 7 now. I neeeeeeeed suppressors but I can't craft them, yet, as the required perk unlocks at level 13 7 hours in and Fallout 4 exceeds my expectations. : peace:
  12. Haven't encountered a single bug so far. Some frame rate drops, but nothing serious. And with that I have probably jinxed myself Spent some time with crafting weapons. Got a lot of Pipe Pistols. So what did I do? Modified two into slightly stronger Pistols and one of those into a Pipe Sniper Rifle : peace: Can't wait to get materials for suppressors. :awesome:
  13. Finding your companions when you dismiss them to a settlement is a pain in the ass...I spent 10 minutes looking for Dogmeat in Sanctuary... They need to be marked on the radar! Speaking of Sanctuary: That settlement system...gonna be a huuuuge time sink I can see myself spending hours in building settlements and linking them. Currently at level 10 and can't decide which route I'm taking with my character development. Wanted to go for Stealth and Suppressed pistols/snipers. However, there are lots of other perks I need. Lockpicking, hacking, crafting, etc... Thank god there is basically no level cap. Playing on Very Hard is...should've guessed...difficult. Got destroyed by an onslaught of ghouls. Raiders gang up on me on my current quest. And some dogs come in packs to eat me alive...
  14. Hm, I got one without pre-ordering. Not that I'm complaining Played for an hour, have to do some other stuff, though. Can't wait to see more. : peace: Edit: Playing on Very Hard was not the best of ideas
  15. Does the standard edition of the game always come with a Bobblehead figure?
  16. I did it. : peace: Platinum get :awesome: At least for the PS4 version. Maybe I'll try to get it for the PSVita version, too. But not in 2015
  17. Yup, sounds like every Bethesda game release. I'll still pick it up tomorrow and it will eat up my freetime
  18. Well, part of the joy people get from The Binding Of Isaac is not knowing what items do as soon as you get them for the first time (or even for the second or third or fourth or...time). You could just look up item descriptions, but for me that would defeat the whole purpose. Eventually you want/need to know/look up what items do in order to complete certain challenges easier or finish runs on hard mode, but at first I'd advise you to not look up item descriptions and just "let the game happen". It's situational. During the first few floors (mostly the first two) you have to be careful. With most characters your HP is very limited, but not to a point where it's unfair. Carefully treading through rooms is necessary to win. Yes. Some of them do
  19. Or find a new girlfriend.
  20. The reward comes from several aspects (at least for me): 1. beating a run; advice: Always play Hard Mode since Easy Mode is reeeaaally easy - beating a run can be a piece of cake or hard as fuck, depending on the items you can pick up (it is, however, rarely unfair; certain item combinations can fuck you up, but these are very rare) and with that comes: 2. creating your run; evaluating whether you should pick up an item, when you use an item, etc. 3. unlocking new items which in turn makes 1. and 2. even more interesting/rewarding 4. finding new item combinations There's more, but that would spoil a lot. If you don't want to sit down and take your time with the game, i.e. learn its nuances then I have to say: shouldn't have bought it
  21. Signed a contract to work as a student assistant for a PhD student from next week 'til the end of the year. It's possible the contract will be extented until mid-2016. If not there's a possibility to work in a different department from the 1st of January 2016 : peace: 10 hours per week to make some money during my time as a student. The work I'll do will consist of minor lab-work, but hey, it's something.
  22. One trophy left. And fuck me, it's difficult. Score 10 million points on classic evolved without losing a life Will probably take me a while...
  23. Thanks. : peace: Sounds great. What I forgot to ask: Is it a game you can easily play in 1-2 hour sessions?
  24. @Dan_Dare I've seen you on my friends list playing Divinity: Original Sin. I'm looking for a "classic" RPG to play as a nice change of pace from Fallout 4. What's it like so far? Would you say it's worth the 45€ price point?
