Welp, Thumper is kicking my ass. Halfway through level 5 and it's quite tough. Some stages I can beat first try but then I lose focus for whatever reason and get my ass handed to me Love it. Started to play Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun again. Completed two missions on hardcore difficulty. Not as difficult as it sounds but still challenging. Perfect stealth game with a great setting. And then Terraria to relax and wind down from time to time. Managed to get the highest defense armor pre-hardmode, still haven't fought against a boss I love to be prepared.

Out on PSN, not sure about other services. Game is boring as all hell. Fights are slow and clunky, art style is bland, music is nothing special.

Ah, much better. Can't wait to play this.

The Good Place Season 1... Great comedy with awesome twists. But that ending? I don't like it. Seems like a case of: "oh, the show is very successful, let's keep it going for at least another season" and then they came up with it in 30 minutes. Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to Season 2 and hope the comedy remains on the high level from the first season but still...Season 1's ending left with me a sour taste in my mouth.

I might just wait for the series. I stopped reading the first book halfway through for no real reason Anyway, started watching The Good Place and it's forking hilarious.

Sure, but you have to cover the shipping costs and to be honest, if I had bought a pair of JoyCons for 80€ and then had to pay another 5€ for shipping to get them repaired I'd be pissed. These things are expensive as heck and I expect a fully functioning product for that price.

That's the question. Nintendo haven't given a statement whether the new ones are free from the issue (in fact, they haven't addressed the issue at all) Still, the fact that the first JoyCons are this faulty is inexcusable. We'll have to wait and see if the new batch doesn't suffer from drifting.

Thumper progress: finished stage 3 with an S rank. Some levels gave me a little bit of trouble, but when I finally managed to get an S rank I let out an audible "FUCK YES!" everytime By the way, I checked and I bought this game the day before Christmas in 2016...fuck my life, time flies

After the incredible Detroitttttttttttttttttttttttttttt: Become Human I was in the mood for something more full of action. So I decided to download Thumper again. Bought it last Christmas (iirc) but stopped playing because I'm quite the perfectionist when it comes to rhythm based games and you couldn't restart levels immediately back then. Lo and behold, now you can So whenever I miss a beat I can quickly restart that level and try again. It's so satisfying to beat a level without a mistake. Never thought a rhythm based game could be so violent. The soundtrack, sound effects and visuals are brutal and elevate this to a higher level. Wish I could afford PSVR Also downloaded Terraria. I was looking through my library for a game to relax and wind down with and it was either this or Minecraft. Decided to go with the former and leave the latter for autumn

But Nintendo might sell it for 50 bucks soon, just because

What a ride. Absolutely incredible game. Credits are rolling and I am tempted to do another run with different choices. I'm not in the mood for an interactive movie again for now, though. Maybe sometime in the future

Can't wait to see how it'll end. Not sure if I'll go for the remaining choices/endings after I'm done. Maybe with a guide, but to be honest I want my ending to be the ending. I've moved on from trophy hunting

Yup, this is pretty much my situation. If I'm going to buy a Switch at the end of this year it will be the "upgraded" one and I'll sell the dock

Mymy, that sequence in the mansion. So incredibly well done. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

Phew, what a game. Only played a bit but man...quite intense. The issues so far are handled extremely well. Pretty sure Marcus' story line will be boring as hell, but I can't wait to see where Kara's and Connor's journeys will end. So far I've made some questionable choices, but choices I might actually make when faced with situations portrayed in the game (well, I'll probably die immediately ).
