  1. I have the Moto G plus (£260) and it's fantastic. I'm sure the £160 version is good value too, albeit with fewer bells and whistles.
  2. Cheers @Ashley. And Happy Birthday to my evil twin, Glen-i!
  3. The HD rumble could be very useful if they ever follow through on any sort of VR. Having force feedback from your controllers during VR would be amazing.
  4. I'm seriously tempted by the hardware. I think I'll definitely be getting it 1 year down the line, even if it stays full price, hopefully when some more games come out for it.
  5. Yeah I think that some people had convinced themselves that this was going to be £200, for no real reason, and so are surprised when it isn't. £280 for a console like this isn't insane. It's the accessories, online and lack of games that are the problem for me.
  6. I kind of like the idea. It seems like there are two kinds of level; the realistic, real world ones (city, forest) and the over the top insane levels. Maybe the story will have something to do with Mario switching between the two? But with hats?
  7. Started the year off well (for me) Played a fair bit of Watch Dogs 2. Enjoying it quite a bit. I really like the 'plot' even though it's clumsily veiled parodies of fairly recent news topics. The hacking and stuff is quite fresh as well. Up to the third main mission or so. The side quests are a bit 'meh' though. Also played the first two 'sub-chapters' of Tales from the Borderlands. I've never played a Telltale game before, so i wasn't sure what to expect. It's brill though. I loved all the borderlands games, and all the little nods and hints to the main series is great - while the humour is very similar. The one thing that i don't like is the whole multiple storylines thing. It makes me uncomfortable every time i make a decision that clearly sends the plot down a different path. I don't like not seeing everything, what if the other path was better!? I realise you could play the game multiple times, but, even if i had the time to do that, how many different combinations of story are there? I'm hoping as I play more, i'll care less and less and just enjoy the ride.
  8. Looks hilarious, but who is going to pay £40 for it? Should be bundled with it.
  9. I don't mind the price actually. I think it's a cool piece of tech - a reasonably powerful tablet that can run games for 4 hours and dock into your TV. I think that's worth around £300 (I just paid £260 for my phone) I just don't want any of those games.
  10. Nah. Wasn't going to at launch before last night, and nothing I saw made me want it. I may buy one somewhere down the line, but it would have to be quite the price drop to tempt me. I really like the look of the system, but none of the games interest me.
  11. I don't understand why this isn't a launch game. It's a port! They've had two years to get it ready for launch! Whaaaaaaaa!? Must be a conscious decision to delay it for some reason, but I can't think why. Sent from my *redacted* using Tapatalk
  12. The price they charge will be very interesting. PS plus and Xbox live are only around £3 a month and have far better features atm. Sent from my *redacted* using Tapatalk
  13. Speak for yourself mate. I'm currently sitting in my shorts and flipflops, tossing a few bangers on the BBQ. Celebrate British Summer Time all year long.
  14. So is that Lego game the port they were talking about? Sent from my *redacted* using Tapatalk
  15. The cheese grater? I've got one in my cupboard. Sent from my *redacted* using Tapatalk
  16. But how!? A wizard? Sent from my *redacted* using Tapatalk
  17. Bought myself a new phone. Feels so good transferring everything over onto a new phone with loads of space and RAM. Presumably this is what a hermit crab feels like when it upgrades his shell. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  18. I have no problem with extra teams, but the 3 team group format is terrible. Any format where you can come third in your group and still go on and win *cough* Portugal, is rubbish. Plus I read a post on Reddit which outlined how common it will be to get teams colluding during the final match with this format. Clearly what should happen is: 48 teams, 12 groups of 4 teams, top two in each group progress. Knockout round, 12 games leading to 12 teams in the quarter finals and 6 teams in the semis. Three teams in the final, two balls, three goals. Boom! I'd watch it.
  19. Ok I lied. I enjoyed the latest episode.
  20. I considered getting PSVR, but I really want them to bring out a better control scheme that rivals Oculus touch or the Vive thingies. Playstation Move is lame.
  21. Pfff, only 19 years? I've managed to exist for almost 30. Beat that N-E!
