Happenstance

Still debating on the headset at the moment. I prefer the look of the Steelseries and I like the retractable mic but a lot of reviews I'm reading now seem to recommend the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro for higher quality audio and mic. I'm probably going to wait until Black Friday anyway so I've got time to figure it out.

I've just told her no and it'll be done next week when he gets back. Just annoys me with people like that. They think their issue is so much more important than anyone else's time. Not long ago I would have actually put in a lot of effort to try and get the information myself but this place has just worn me down to the point where I will do exactly what my job requires and nothing else. As soon as I can find another job (or win the lottery!) then I'm out of here.

Trying to remember the last time I had a Google phone (not Android). I think it was the Nexus 5 which was a great phone.

Just been asked by someone at work to contact a staff member who is on holiday to get a load of information because they don't want their boss to have to work during their holiday next week so need it now. They then got all arsy with me when I said it should have been asked for before we broke up for half-term and someone by the end of the conversation (it had moved on so I don't think I'm responsible for this!) she had started crying about working too many hours...

Bought myself the Final Fantasy X/X-2 Remaster on PC. I've owned a few different versions of the game and despite enjoying what I'd played of it I've never actually completed it. Thought this would be a good one to play on the Steam Deck when it comes out but I'm gonna start it now as I've got a few days off working coming up.

Anyone ever used the Steelseries Arctis 9 wireless headset? My headphones seem to be starting to die so I thought I might switch to a low latency wireless pair and those Steelseries ones seem to have reviewed well and look relatively normal in comparison to a lot of headsets these days.

After all these years I'm finally gonna start learning to drive and get a car. Started off that I was a nervous passenger after a small crash and that shook my confidence enough that I didn't learn as a teenager but I think it just shifted into being too lazy to even try. I don't expect to start learning until next year at the moment but it at least gives me a chance to start putting some money away. I've decided I may as well go electric straight away.

My mum did the same thing with her job, it left her with back pain for at least a month. I had to go shopping with her to lift most stuff. 0/10 would not recommend

Ok well I've ordered my chair, should arrive on Friday. I went for the one I shared in the first post.

I've never really been a fan of any Mario Kart games to be honest. My kart games of choice back then were Speed Freaks and Street Racer.

Looking at the list of N64 racers I just think me and my friends must have skipped over the console when it came to those. We tried most of the big ones but not one seemed to have stuck and gone into our gaming rotation.

To be honest what I really want is a nice lounge la-z boy type recliner that can also be used as a desk chair but I've not had much luck finding one so far
