    Sounds like the game isn't running all that well with framerate drops and some of the new graphics aren't exactly amazing. I think I might wait until the PC version gets a nice discount before I buy it.

    PC servers seemed to be having a few issues last night. I got kicked from sessions a couple of times and had to play offline and for once it wasn't the crappy wireless card in my machine.

    Just had a quick go and the game seems to run perfectly on my PC. Ultra settings on my ultrawide monitor looks awesome.

    Just pre-loading the game on PC at the moment. All the positive reviews have actually got me quite excited to try it tomorrow.

    Needed a new wireless card as the one that came with my new PC was a bit old and not up to the task. Plus the bluetooth dongle I bought is already a bit crappy with skips when using my controller so that needed an upgrade as well.

    Ordered my new desktop as Ebuyer's Black Friday deals have started. I was originally going for a much more expensive RTX 3070 build but was talked down so I've got a Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX 3060 ti, 16GB ram build coming this weekend. I was hoping to get the Ryzen 5000 series given all the positivity over it but for a saving of £700 I just couldn't justify those increases in power. The one thing I may upgrade straight away though is the cooling. I was looking forward to finally having a much quieter AIO cooler but that had to be downgraded to just regular air cooling so I may swap that out.

    So it turns out the other IT guy that was on holiday was contacted for the info after all. He did reply with it immediately but set the reply as a scheduled email for 9am on Monday when his holiday had ended

    Yeah 2019 version. Mostly for the campaign but I’ll let you know if I venture into the multiplayer at all. I’m enjoying it so far and impressed at how well my laptop is holding up pushing it to my ultrawide at high settings. The sound from the fans though is making me consider moving back to a proper desktop pc as my primary machine. Might keep an eye out for any Black Friday deals.

    Grabbed myself a few games in the various sales going on at the moment. Two Point Hospital and COD Modern Warfare. Along with Hades those should satisfy my various gaming urges for a while.

    Did anyone end up getting Deathloop? It’s discounted at the moment so I’m tempted to pick it up. I heard a lot of good things when it came out but not anything yet just from us regular folk playing it.

    Couple of games shown during that seemed interesting. I still don't know what to make of Little Devil Inside but I love the look of the zoomed in sections.

    There was an issue when the Switch first came out where it couldn’t keep connected to WiFi connections so would continuously drop off. I know I had it and I remember other people having it as well, that’s what I was referring to.

    To be fair from what I remember from the Switch is was mostly know for causing potato quality WiFi. Has that been sorted? (Genuine question not really related to all of this)

    Is anyone planning on getting this next month? I'm in the mood for some multiplayer shooting so I think I will be.

    It’s been nice getting back into PC gaming lately, both with some of my older games and looking into what I might have missed over the last couple of years ready for the Steam Deck. I ended up buying Hades to play for the moment which I’m enjoying so far and loading my wish list with a load of indie games that look interesting.

    I need a new Spelunky-like game to play. Spelunky 2 never grabbed me like 1 did but I play it just enough that 1's controls feel outdated now. Might try Dead Cells again I guess. I had that on Switch and enjoyed what I played.
