Considering you were told about a month before the actual meet that you'd have to be working and then proceeded to tell everyone on here repeatedly about it and how you were risking your job to go to that meet, I dont think you can really complain.

I do wonder if those were always going to be replacements or just additional titles as weve know about some for a while. Im not suprised those are the ones that got cancelled but I did expect them to let them last a while longer before they cancelled anything from the original 52.

The problem again with that is the games they announced will already be a year or two old by the time the console comes out, not really something that gets me interested in a system. The Wii U at the time sounded interesting (my interest has significantly dropped since though) but that was due to bits of information being given after Nintendo's press conference in interviews etc. The unveiling itself was one of the worst ive seen with people confused if it was even a new console or not. I think the only thing that saved the initial showing was that it was something new for console gaming.

Do you know how long it takes for new stuff to appear? I've noticed so far that the newest things on there are a year or two old now.

Has it been mentioned anywhere yet how quickly they plan to update so we get more stuff to watch. Obviously more will come but id like it to be worthwhile before I start paying next month.

Thought id give the PS3 Netflix app a quick look at, already dont like the fact that I have to sign up for the free trial before I can see whats available on it.

I only ever had one horse, he died after a Sabre cat attacked him and I just never bothered getting another one. I hated having to get off the horse everytime I got attacked.

I think it makes the most sense for MS as they'll want to get better Kinect integration with their new console and make sure everyone has one.

The Wii U was always going to have this issue though I think. Its just such a weird decision to release a new bit of hardware so close to the end of your competitors consoles life cycles but only make it a tiny bit more powerful (if that). Its just going to be obsolete again after a year or so when we see the actual next generation of consoles, regardless of if theyre announced now or not. I might have gotten a Wii U if the specs made it worthwhile but motion controls or the new controller arent a draw for me and I know id rather just wait for the real next generation.

Its a shame that Enterprise ended just as they were starting to find their footing with season 4 but Id still rank pretty much all the other shows over it. Maybe not TOS these days but thats because I find it harder to watch the campy stuff than when I was younger.
