Happenstance

Bought myself a cheap knock off pro controller the other day and I'm finding it a lot easier to get into Twilight Princess. It's not a good game to play with the tablet if you don't find it comfortable. Anyway, I forget the name of the dungeon I'm in but it's the one with all the monkeys. I haven't really played Twilight Princess since the Wii first came out but I'm actually enjoying it this time around without all the motion controls.

Hmmm. I'd probably be interested in 3D Mario & Zelda. Obviously have to wait to see what the new IP and Retro Studios games are.

I thought the first one was very bland. The footage I've seen from 2 seems interesting though. I'll probably pick it up when it gets discounted a bit.

Nice. I was just saying to flameboy that I think I'll have to come back to doing the 24 hours again next year. I figured after struggling last year I was done with it but I didn't like being on this side of it all, just watching!

Did many members of the public end up coming along and watching?

I'll post again when I get around to watching it. At the moment I'm going through one of the One Piece collections but Outlaw Star is next on my list.

Just completed the campaign. Thought it was really good. It was a bit on the short side maybe but I never really felt like there was more story that needed telling so I think they ended it at the right time.

I've definitely always heard that Sega was more popular in Europe during the Mega Drive/Snes era. No numbers to back that up, it's just something I've heard multiple times. I know I never knew anyone with a Snes growing up. There was also something to do with Europe having a lot more developers who were used to creating games for the architecture the Mega Drive used.

Not surprisingly the Canadian immigration webpage has crashed.

It'll probably depend on if I get any games for Christmas or not but I wouldn't mind having something in particular I want to complete over Christmas. Could be Final Fantasy XV as I assume I'll still be working my way through it.
