My anime backlog is ridiculous at the moment. Unless something has a good discount price I'm going to try and hold off buying anymore for a bit while I work on watching it all. PSVR using the move controllers seemed both really smart and really short sited. On the one hand it allows them to use pre existing technology which allows people to use tech they have already bought but unfortunately it also limits them in what they can do with VR. PSVR is a good product but it's still easily the worst of the major 3. I just hope at some point they fix the drift issue as I would never buy that headset knowing that was still a problem.

I still think until it's figured out properly then the smaller games and experiences are the way to go anyway. I was watching @Goafer play Rec Room on my Vive over Christmas and it looked great fun (especially when he realised the mic in the headset had been on the entire time). One thing I'll say about VR communities as well, they seem a lot more toxic than most gaming ones. I figure it must be the cost involved so if you are paying that much money then you aren't there to cause trouble etc.

I'm starting to think I should probably just have all the teeth in my mouth removed to avoid all this pain I tend to be in! Had 3 nights in a row this week where I basically got no sleep and I'm having to constantly have water in my mouth to keep the pain at bay.

Thats the problem really, at the moment people are still annoyed with Nintendo over the NES Classic and 3DS (at least in the US, dont know about elsewhere). I dont think its a good idea to have yet another console thats hard to come by. It should be interesting to see what the launch line up for the Switch is anyway. I'm not expecting theres too much I will want but I think the Gamecube releases should pad it nicely for me.

Woah woah woah let's not say things we can't take back! :p From Software are a bit of a marmite developer. I don't find their games enjoyable in the slightest. I think they're one of those devs that while some gamers don't like their games, they tend to respect them.

I expect I'll probably be preordering. I'll just wait for one of the usual sites I tend to use like Simply Games or The Game Collection have it up for preorder and then do it there.

I've only played it with a mouse and keyboard but I heard Stardew Valley does suffer a bit with a controller when you want to start doing stuff with crops quickly and precisely but cant really.

It sounds like Oculus Touch is a better experience than the Vive wands and at least for now Oculus are still getting exclusive games to play. For myself though I am happy with my Vive over Oculus choice. I prefer having my stuff in the Steam ecosystem and I think Oculus are still too closed off.
