They arrived today. God they’re comfortable!

Decided to get myself a nice pair of noise cancelling headphones as I've been using my cheapy pair a lot more recently. Went with the Sony WH-1000XM3's as they seem to be one of the most popular.

I think so. There’s some reveals in there but a lot of it is just seeing how they’ll be doing the familiar stuff this time around.

I had it on muted in the background at work but what I saw looked really good. It's gonna be nice to be able to customise the Island to my liking. Not sure how much of a city I'll turn it into yet but it was nice to see you could build everything up to that point.

Apparently Sony are no longer going to Pax East this year due to Coronavirus concerns.

Yeah I’ve considered it. Depends how much they are though as I’d rather spend money on say my Megadrive or SNES collections if they’re expensive as the Yakuza ones I’d never be able to play myself.

Looking back at it after all these years you see how the build up to the Maquis was done quite well through episodes of TNG with O’Brian’s old commander attacking Cardassian ships along with O’Brians own obvious prejudices and the settlers being relocated which turned Wesley into Super Wesley.

Amazing seeing the stuff come out of Dreams

Bought the new Star Trek Picard book last night. Interested to get some extra backstory on the Romulan disaster etc along with at least a bit of info on what happened to the Enterprise E. I thought episode 4 of Picard was another good one. I kind of just wish the entire series had dropped at once. I initially defended weekly releases as it worked fine for Discovery but Picard’s pacing has felt off and I think it would work a lot better if it was flowing from one episode to another.

Yeah with stuff like New Japan and AEW pulling me back in the last few years I’ve been enjoying going back and watching old PPVs (doing it mostly through the OSW YouTube channel) and reading some books. Next one planned is Jericho’s first book as I hear his are some of the best.

Just finished the book and fuck me that was a depressing last couple of chapters. I highly recommend giving the book a read though. Yes Bret talks a bit too much about how great people thought he was but I found I mostly just laughed that off and got sucked into reading about his life in wrestling and his family. As a kid he was my first “favourite” wrestler so it was great to finally get around to reading this.

Yeah people have already been speculating he’ll leave sooner rather than later. This could push it to much sooner.

Unfortunately I can see it being lessened quite a bit after an appeal.

Been slowly working my way through Bret Hart’s autobiography lately and just got to Owen Hart’s death. Already starting to tear up so I’ve got to stop until I can carry on reading later in private.

Is there a good amount of community creations to play through now? Tempted to buy it later.
