Yeaaah that Pressure Pointer quest was a doozy. Keep at it though, you'll get there. As for the Alchemy type quests I've noticed that I just found those recipes a while later on in the game.

I hope you mean kids who can't read or are still learning to read. Otherwise I'd call the lack of Voice Acting a good thing if it can force some people (that can) to read the text. Voice Acting is nice, but I don't get the some hate people throw to games without it as if reading is this terrible archaic task that no one should ever have to endure.

I don't see the difference between having to scroll farther down to see the extra threads that would be included on page 1 over currently clicking on next or Page 2. I remember clicking through 3 or 4 pages a day (elsewhere not here) on a Dial-up connection.

Cooling pads are pretty useful. They certainly help to dissipate the heat. Anyone who's used a laptop for an extended period of time while having it on their lap can tell you they'll get quite toasty.

I think the models are great actually. Not all but most of the textures have a very flat look to them, such as the tiles in the 3rd pic. They have no illusion of depth in between each tile. In the fourth screen where Alice is standing exemplifies poor texturing and geometry at once. Actually, that's the only example of poor geometry, that rock just looks bad, low poly and a horrible likely placeholder texture. Honestly I'd expect the graphics to improve at least a little before release anyways. Perhaps some higher resolution textures and upping the polygon counts. What I noted in the 4th screen is definitely worse looking than in the other 3, so I'd bet it's an earlier version.

I'm refraining from buying the XL simply to help justify getting a 3DS in a year or two time more easily.

You know, we have/had pet threads. A couple of my cat taken with my phone. The first he's just sitting there wondered why I'm making him sit there. The second I'm making him stand up to get a treat from me. Male Wedge-head Siamese. Completely annoying, meows to complain about everything and nothing. Loves to eat fruit.

Ha, I did the same thing. I didn't save the Jack of all trades until after Bloomingdale actually, not that I changed my class after that.

Shoes are so overrated. If I didn't have to do things that required them I would never wear them.

That's kinda what I was thinking, as the first treasure map I did had one helluva tough boss. Gave me more trouble than any main story boss easily, with exceptions to when I was still doing a solo party.

I think it could be treated like E3 with a main thread covering the conference, and separate threads for the things that warrant more than a a couple people echoing similar sentiments.
