  1. Recived mine from HMV this morning. Didn't expect it till next week as it was only posted yesterday - I don't mean to brag dazzybee Posted my broken Wii off to Nintendo yesterday, and was gonna be patient and wait till I got it back before playing Galaxy 2, but with the game now in my hands, that's gonna be much harder, so I think I'll pay my 360-loving cousin a visit this evening, to see if I can borrow his dusty Wii console.
  2. Ahhh, damn! Gameplay have cancelled my £27.49 Galaxy 2 order due to a card failure. I pre-ordered back in January with a £5 off voucher, and got a new card in March, and as Gameplay don't save card details (you have to enter them in manually for each order) I forgot to update it. D'oh! My own silly mistake though. May go with HMV now so I can get that shirt. Game and Gamestation have removed the limited edition tin bonus, so looks like they'll be pretty rare.
  3. This is currently £29.99 at Gamestation if anyone hasn't pre-ordered or needs to re-order! My Wii broke last night - won't recognise any disks - so looks like I'll have to wait till late next week before I get to play this. I'm absolutely gutted.
  4. £8.87 each from Zavvi - not watched any South Park since Channel 4 showed them when I was around thirteen/fourteen, so should be a treat
  5. That was brilliant. Easily the best episode of the current series in my opinion.
  6. Vote for your favourite Conduit online map to be added into the Conduit 2 :- Facebook Link There gonna choose two. Streets will defintley win and I guess we'll probably see Pentagon (which I voted for), Infirmary or Warehouse as the runner-up.
  7. Yep, looks like we're getting a decent budget price on this :- £14.85 at ShopTo.net £16.95 at Zavvi A wise move.
  8. New details :- 80+ games! That's a hell of a lot more than all those third party, party games that are on the market, which tend to only have up to 20 games, plus looks like the Wii remote Speaker is being used for a change. The ultimate party game?
  9. 1 week to go, for those of us who will hopefully get our copies on Thursday! Also, just saw this on the Official Nintendo Magazine website ;- Those last few store events seem a bit random - just getting the goody bag when buying the game at those locations or something?
  10. Apart from what's known or expected I'd like to see a new Mario game revealed. Possibly a new entry in the Paper Mario series or they may suprise us like last time and give us a second Mario Kart on the Wii. Also, House of the Dead Overkill 2 please!
  11. Some tidbits regarding the Wii version from GoNintendo :- Wii Speak support is a must, especially if it's main rival on Wii this Winter, The Conduit 2 and possibly The Grinder, will be supporting it. Having no friend codes in Monster Hunter Tri didn't really work as well as I had hoped, so if they do go down that road, something similar to EA Nation, where you can easily seach and add people just by typing in their online handle would be best methinks, ...and Co-operative play on Wii, finally!
  12. You can buy this for an incredible £16.93 at TheHut by using the discount code 'BANK10' Link Would buy, but with Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Rune Factory to play over the next few weeks, and Modern Warfare Reflex still keeping me busy, I havent got the time.
  13. Finally....a price drop! £22.99 at Play.com ...and well worth every penny!
  14. Monster Hunter Tri be £22.85 at ShopTo.net
  15. This is £15.97 over at Amazon Bound to sell out at this price , so be quick!
  16. Fantastic Mr Fox Love the book, and now I love this film. Granted it's very diffrent from the book, but who cares, as all the new characters and situations work and fall in just fine. The new charaters are very likeable, my favourite being Kylie, the humour is witty and adult, the voice acting rich, the soundtrack up there with the best, and the stop-motion animation is very charming and much better than Coraline's which looked too much like a CGI movie in my opinion. Fantastic work Mr Anderson! 9.5/10 The Reader Excellent drama. A bit slow at times, but I was never bored. Good acting and direction, and though-provoking story. 8/10 Ghost Town Enjoyable 'nice' comedy. 6.5/10
  17. It's a great album. I wasn't very keen on it when I first purchased it a few years ago, but I have recently rediscovered it by uploading it to my MP3 player and I'm in love.
  18. You will have to pay for 1st class delivery with Amazon if you want it on release, otherwise it will come on the Saturday, or even worse, Monday!
  19. It was on their website last Friday, when their Clearance sale started. Have read that you can pick them up for the same price instore, but it's probably too late now.
  20. Woody has finally joined Buzz and the Army Men in my room. Shame the rest of the Toy Story Collection is rare and/or overpriced in the UK. Got the whole limited edition set for £45 from GAME, and sold my old drum kit and the extra copy of the game for £25 the other day so a pretty good deal for this Beatles fan. :awesome: £4.99 from GAME, but I traded in MySims racing on the DS for it, which I brought for £3.50, and got £7 credit for it!! Should have brought multiple copies £5.99 from ShopTo
  21. Knowing Much better than I expected, great in fact. Nicholas Cage's best film in years. The airplane crash long-shot was very chilling and the Spielberg-esque ending didn't bother me. 8/10 Ghost Rider Brilliant first 20 mins or so, but afterwards the quality falls, but it's an above average and fun popcorn flick which is somewhat spoiled by Eva Mendes' acting and crap CGI. Again, better than expected. 5/10 Gonna check out Next and Bancock Dangerous soon after enjoying both the above Cage flicks. The Punisher Awesome revenge movie, with a good story, cast and one of the best one on one fights (Frank Castle Vs the Russian) I've seen on film in ages. 8.5/10 Pineapple Express Meh...pretty disappointing, considering I like most the other Apatow produced or directed films. The physical humor in the fights and chases were hillarious, but the rest of the film wasn't so. 4/10
  22. I was 99.9% sure this would be coming to the Wii as Treyarch are behind it, and it has been confirmed by an Activision rep. Let's hope they decide to actually show plenty of Wii screenshots and footage before launch for a change!
  23. GAME pre-order bonus :
  24. Some pretty good deals at GAME as part of their Spring clearance :- Super Monkey Ball: Step and Roll £9.98 Red Steel 2 £14.98
