  1. I don't think that would've made it any less boring.
  2. Same for my models too! (not Lego ones though) I think I may add another tier or something on some of the shelves. Because some of my models and looking at these Lego cabinets, there is space going to waste.
  3. I think we have quite a few Scooby Doo ones at the Tesco I work at, what does it have in it? EDIT: if it's the one which has Shaggy, Scooby, a Scooby Snack and something else, then we have 7.
  4. After playing Halo for about an hour I often wondered how they made so many of those games.
  5. Also considering picking this up sometime. Were these games any good?
  6. That's going to be well hard to make. A giant block.
  7. If you've got final form Frieza in under 52 episodes... then that's some lovely trimming.
  8. I saw Resurrection F last night too How is the "new" anime? Have they trimmed enough shizzle?
  9. Nope, we've got several Tescos, Sainsbury's and an Asda before we get anywhere near a Morrisons.
  10. Too bad we can't touch it: https://uk.news.yahoo.com/may-water-mars-no-one-112636719.html#NDfWJSU
  11. Reading these posts makes me wonder how my form looks. I think I do alright with my squats, although I go nearly all the way down holding the weight outwards. Had a small issue with one of the PT's this week, cutting down my workout schedule down (like it's something I religiously stick to) and I felt like I had to complain. Sent this email this morning before work: Hi, Earlier this week I attended your gym for one of my gym sessions. I was on the cross trainer and noticed one of your staff cleaning the treadmills in front of me, a common sight. Not long afterwards the same member of staff approached me mid-workout forcing me to remove my headphones (trivial I know but it made me lose my rhythm) and introduced himself as John, a personal trainer. I assume John is new as I had never seen him before. He told me he had been watching me and wanted to know if I had any questions. I had only been there 15 minutes, 10 of them being on the cross trainer and having someone coming up to me saying they've been watching me for the majority of my time was quite unsettling. I told John I was fine but he kept pressing the issue on my supposed curiosity of the gym, despite not expressing any interest in wanting to find out more. I made an excuse that I was on my lunch break from work so I wouldn't be staying around for much longer that day. John said he would be there the next day from 10am so he could answer "all my questions with no charge" and that I should "bring plenty of water" and he disappeared. I tried continuing my workout on the abdominal machine but couldn't concentrate and left and not been back since. I appreciate that John was trying to drum up some business, but approaching me like he did and the pressure he kept putting me under made me feel rather uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who felt like this, but wanted to bring it to your attention anyway. Got this reply later today: Hi Derek, Thank you for making me aware of this. Yes John is new and very passionate about fitness and speaking to members though I do agree, this is going a bit far. Apologies for interrupting your workout and I hope it doesn’t put you off coming to the gym in future. He is spending some time with me on Monday and I will get the chance to go through a lot of things with him is hasn’t had much training in such as over bothering members and becoming more of a nuisance than someone there to help. If you are at all interest in our GRIT classes I would be happy to give you some vouchers to try them out as an apology. Anything we can do to help or make the gym better, please let me know. Alex Might give the GRIT thing a go.
  12. Applied for another position on PI on nights in store and didn't get it. Losing out to someone who was already on nights. Apparently it was "easier to move the hours from BWS to price integrity", whereas I think it's just so they don't have to pay someone else night premium. I was far more qualified for the position. But semi-glad I didn't get it as I was contacted earlier this week by a legal recruitment place, did a Skype "interview" (they normally have to meet face-to-face with peeps but since I live a bit away this was the next best thing), got sent a typing test which I did much better than I thought, which was nice. Anxious to see how that pans out. Another amazing thing Tesco are doing now is remixing hours according to the new "heat map" which recently arrived. Which our manager managed to get them to be a bit flexible and have us starting an hour later for practicality reasons, but they're being too rigid on top. I do an extra 15 mins a day to compensate for having a break, therefore doing 5 hours a day equalling my 25 a week. However the powers that be aren't a fan or round hours anymore. So my hours will go 5.5, 5.5, 5.5, 4.75, 3.75. This actually works out a little better, as I'll be doing: Monday - Wednesday: 6-12 Thursday: 6-11 Friday: 6-10 A nice decrease ending with a four-hour shift on Friday. But they best start getting new staff in as soon as they implement this. As I'm on my own Fridays and barely get everything done in the 5 hours I currently do. pr0 corner cutting action.
  13. I would've thought Wind Waker would be a prime example of how they took expectation and then shat upon it. Plus with that giant spider battle on Wii U. They haven't learned either way. But don't worry, Triforce Heroes coming out, the game we all really wanted, will tide us over ¬_¬ AND STILL NO FUCKING GOLDEN SUN AARAAARRRARARAARARRRGH.
  14. I can live with that. It'd stop a lot of hopes from being raised before being raped into oblivion. Did we actually get an excuse? Other than the standard "we're taking a little* extra time to make it the best game it can be" bollocks? *a fuckload
  15. Gotham is a show that I can be patient for. It's good, but it's not watch-it-as-soon-as-it-airs-in-the-US good for me. That shit is reserved for The Good Wife and Suits. And Archer. And Hell's Kitchen.
  16. I have little doubt that it would. However some of the posters have remained in my possession for some time. However long the first Zelda Symphony was.
  17. Researching on the getting frame front. Contacting the two framers in the area, they've basically both given me quotes around the £85-95 mark. Fucking ripoffs. It looks like I may have to buy a framed poster from Amazon which is cheaper and just throw away the poster it comes with.
  18. This is me being raped by customs charges.
  19. In another bout of Tesco/CEX/Grainger Games profit action. On offer at Tesco 2 for £25, staff discount then Grainger offering £11 trade in on Age of Ultron. Along with some Game of Thrones blu ray seasons, that's another £37 towards the Zestiria fund.
  20. Spent monies on da full package. Another game maker which I'll barely use
  21. Aw, if only it was Voyager. Would've been much more impressive.
  22. Awful Japanese V pose. -100 Respect Points for ReZ. Bad form.
  23. Had to return this piece of crap. I mainly wanted it for voice recording and even though it's a "Gaming Headphone Headset", I don't think I could game with it either. I've discovered I can record better quality on my phone.
  24. Ah only 16 pages. I feel less bad. Have some (probably already here) horrible rapping. I think it's Flink before he started teaching. Dem lyrics ate TIGHT.
  25. Kelly booked ours last night. Got some Row G action.
