Hmm. I'm inclined to stick by my vote of the previous turn.. However. Well, this flurry of posts and all those partnerships etc.. I think I want to see how this will all play out first. I'll post my breakdown tonight, when I can be arsed with all the formatting. If it's still needed at this point though..

Hmm, I'll go over it tonight, taking into account all the posts which have been made so far, while I listen to Gilles Peterson. First thing for me to notice though, was only 1 kill this night.

In Chrome (7), I still have some display issues. The frontpage looks ok now, but when I click an article, it still displays incorrectly. I'm sure it's the exact same problem as with the frontpage first, slthough this is less annoying. But the title of the article, the menu on the left, and the searchfield, all display over the logobanner. Weirdly, in IE 9, it initially loads up the same as in Chrome, but seems to correct itself, I assume when it's fully loaded, then looks ok. But, it seems to have a different issue on the forum itself, the sponsor links below. Screencap attached if you're interested.

I may sign up if I can be David Bowie. I care little for the TV series . My roles are pretty much finalized, but I'm still going back and forth about how to do the write-ups. I'll figure it out while MadDog and Diageo do their sign-up threads.

I think it's unlikely we have such a character here though. I don't question you got a message, it's that simply I don't trust the message. Anyway.. It seems it's old news at this point.. I've had a quick look around (didn't plan on getting online tonight actually, I want to go to bed! :p). I didn't go through everything thoroughly, I will tomorrow, but I trust a claimed tracker more than some vague message. So vote: MadDog. Yeah. To bed.

<sigh> I haven't seen Caprica yet (don't do downloading). I feel like this isn't a good idea. Obviously I hope it's good.. But.. Well, with 2 spin-offs going on.. Let's say the chances are getting higher of it becoming some sort of new Stargate, as opposed to Star Trek, in terms of series and spin-offs who finish or got cancelled. I mean, BG had a wonderful ending. How many TV series can claim that? I feel they shouldn't try to milk it, simply because of fear for ending up with a spin-off series which won't have an ending. It will tarnish the BG name. I would have no objection is it was a miniseries though.

Again, I'm not the Pokémon expert, so I will not even attempt to guess what Pokémon these descriptions depict (can't we ask Serebii to be a consultant in this game :P). But. It seems we have a green/yellow Pokémon here tracking or investigating a fighting type Pokémon. What? Some ability surely. Hmm. I wonder what it does or who it belongs to. Seems to me someone who isn't mentioned explicitly, protected a golden Pokémon. The golden Pokémon wasn't a target this night (apart from the protection), but somehow the protection would not have worked? Why? Someone has some ability, but chose to use it on him / her self this night. Some sort of protection? I wonder what this does. I'll guess we find out next turn? Hmm, a psychic Pokémon using some ability, but got hit by someone not explicitly mentioned. I wonder what the effect is. Yeah.. I don't know what the hell a shiny Pokémon is. Is it simply a rarer version of a normal pokémon, or do they have special abilities? Anyway, I don't know what this means. Is it decided which shiny Pokémon would be a target, or is it decided which Pokémon is chosen to be a shiny Pokémon? And who did the deciding? Seems like another duo. Wonder what they're up too. I assume Zell intended to jailkeep The Peeps. Another colourful Pokémon was the target of a red Pokémon, but having no effect. Before the change I simply assumed this was Pikachu.. I guess now this is someone else altogether. Perhaps this was Zell's target? If he even had a target. Now this is our yellow and red shiny Pikachu getting killed by.. Someone. Something. But it fires a large ball of dark red energy. I think I count 15 (or 16?) pokémon here, so 5 (4?) unaccounted for. Hmm Dyson evil? I find that a suspicious claim. Either Paj is setting up Dyson (unlikely, now that would rather be a bold thing to do at this point), or someone's setting up Paj. Who would send a message claiming someone is evil, and send it to someone randomly (?)? How would this person know Dyson is evil? Can investigate and send a message? I think I want to hear more, especially from the person sending the message, before I act upon this (if at all).

I found it interesting to watch. I'd have joined like I have all other previous games, but since you started this game so abruptly, well, my rule so far has been no more than 2 game. I think I would have posted more than some of you :p. I'll be definitely up for a second experiment (in general), I also think it's just a matter of getting used to this.

I hope we can make this a tradition.. You know, bumping this thread every year!

I.. I'm, not sure if I know what I'm getting myself into with this :p. At first I just wanted to see first how this would play out.. I know what is expected from players, but I'm still not sure how exactly this relates to the final result. But if you need an extra person to fill in, I'd like to try.

Oh dear. Either we're dealing with 2 mafia's again, or we have a serial killer. Or a vigilante, but then he'd/she'd have made a bad choice indeed. I'll do a breakdown later, but that will make clear I'm no Pokémon expert. I recognise Muk and Pikachu though! :P

Great, I managed to get some direct response! :P Maybe I should find the X-men 3 thread, the Transformers thread and the Star Wars 3 thread, and post what I don't like about those :P.

Actually, I do too. And I'm actually not at all interested in the Facebook story too. But on the other hand, I totally trust David Fincher to make even that compelling. And since I have some free tickets anyway, and my brother wants to see this, and we're both not aware of any other movies we'd really want to see (apart from Scott Pilgrim), there's a high chance I'll go see this anyway.

Well, I can't remember all the details [edit: fuck it, I'll look things up on IMDB], so I can't explain everything well perhaps, but the main points:

I haven't read any comics, I have no idea who the mandarin is. That said, I've seen quite some comic movie adaptations, so I'm hoping this one is at least on par with the first. I loved the first, but I really, really despised the second, despite Scarlett Johanson (perhaps the only good thing in that movie).

Actually, this just makes me curious as to how the write-up would be in this case. If it doesn't take too much effort (?), I'd love it if you saved it anyway, so you can show it to us at the end of the game . As an alternative reality.

I voted in favour of the thread. I haven't posted my reason yet, so I will now: It's just, for me personally, it's the media-related threads that interest me in the general forum. I don't care for the others.. I'd probably stop lurking there altogether if you create a new media forum, and simply move to that one. An inconsistent compromise would be to just create a movies / TV forum, and keep the music threads and things like comic books in the general forum.
