I bought oil spheres and some apple things (sorry I have no idea what to call them in English haha) for New Year's Eve again. We have a popular stand in my own town.. And I think I stood in line for almost an hour. Yes I bought plenty of Holiday food this month. You've seen my Chocolate letters, and I also bought Christmas bread. Ehh all typical Dutch stuff. Next year I'll make and post pictures.. Some other stuff this month: A Christmas Nijntje. My brother bought another one more obviously Christmas, one dressed in a Santa suit. My last physical game this year. Another Limited Run release. A few Lego minifigures as extra presents for Sinterklaas and Christmas for my brother and myself. And Westworld season 2 on blu-ray. My Christmas Haul: Funnily enough no games this year, or anything game related at all. I did get a Raspberry Pi, which I asked for.. And a great suprise I didn't specifically ask for. The Paul Rudd action figure! Here's he's kidnapping one of the Lego minifigures I bought for Sinterklaas. The Pi is operational and is the white thing in the background.

By the way (and I'm sure some people will love this), but you can now get a 5 euro discount on the NES controllers if you use some gold coins. edit: i was sleeping. I wonder what games they will release in january and beyond, nothing has been announced so far. One thing that annoys me is that you can't remove games from the game selection screen. Most of those games I will never touch (again), so they're just cluttering up my homescreen.

Yup, I was going to spend my last points today or tomorrow, as one of the things to round the year off. Complain about the Switch E-shop all you want, it's streets ahead of the Wii shop. I'm dreading buying multiple games there!

Yeah personally I think Bandersnatch is great, and more entertaining than most of last season. A great "meta" story. One or two niggles.. I think? But I'll elaborate later. After several game overs (including one where ) I finally got one of the legitimate endings. I dunno how many there are and how wildly they vary, but I thought the one I had was great and appropriate. The feels! Anyway it was this one: Had a bit of a Will definitely replay / rewatch.

I posted it in the Bargains thread yeah. I happily payed money for Soma. Gameplay-wise.. things could be better at certain points, but story-wise, this is one of the best stories in a game I've experienced in recent years.
