I posted some earlier on today so it's definitely still possible. Having said that, I did get some weird message pop-up on my Switch the other day just before posting, something about confirming where I wanted to post, and there was the option for Twitter or Facebook. Perhaps you need to re-link your Twitter account.

Yep, it’s by far the worst part of the entire game. If they’d have just managed to get this stuff working in the background somehow... it would’ve been oh so sweet! I still hope they won’t release another game in the series now until seamless online play can be a reality, just no point, I mean it’s practically unplayable with the current system. Anyway, cheers for that @Sprout I hope that I can return to your island one day in the future, when it’s possible to actually move around and stuff.

Yeah, I couldn’t get online just after you left mine. Internet seems to be more stable now though if you’re still about.

Had a great time watching @Tales and then @BowserBasher trying to infiltrate the private garden area on my island! Thanks for visiting guys. Is anyone still online on their Switch at the moment? I’m having trouble reconnecting, not sure if it’s on my end though, or if something is up with Nintendo’s servers.
