You did indeed, good call. But I literally paid a couple of quid for my copy Bayonetta, so it's all good. In fact I'm looking forward to playing through it again on Wii U, after playing the sequel.
They slightly increase your top speed, up to a maximum of 10 coins.
@Mike, did you see what happened to me yesterday in one of our online races? :
The player using Morton knocked me out of my original powerslide trajectory and I went straight into the Goomba!
Funny thing was I kept accelerating trying to drive through it, and it took a few seconds to realise it wasn't working.
That's the first (and hopefully last) time I ever need to use reverse in MK8.
I'll be watching Nintendo's Digital Event fo' sho. Will probbably check out the Microsoft conference too, and then catch up with Sony's one on Tuesday morning.
On the Wii U friend list you just click on a friend and there will be a button that says "save this Mii", click that and the Mii should then be in the Mii Maker.
I used the Wii U to 3DS transfer for most of them, as you can save Miis from the friends list on Wii U. Once those Miis were on my 3DS I just imported them into Tomodachi Life. But yeah, it takes quite a while to add Miis, regardless of how you go about it.
Don't agree with that at all. I'm pretty sure Nintendo are well aware that they've got an incredibly talented and creative fanbase out there (you only need to look at the some of the stuff that gets posted in the Art Academy Miiverse to see one example of this) so the more tools they make available for people to express their creativity, the better I say.
People were also making fantastic mini-games in WarioWare D.I.Y., in fact many of the user created games were just as good as Nintendo's and often much better than the ones which were part of the Big Name Games thing involving professional developers.
Hehehe... You actually have no control over which Miis hook up, but yeah, you and @Eenuh's Miis are married in my game.
Another Mii couple on N-Europe Island is @Serebii and @VsPhoenix:
If you guys want even more weirdness let me know and I'll post some pics of your Mii children.
Actually, I didn't get the chance to mention anything about the Mii babies in my review, as it took ages for one to appear. But they are a pretty interesting part of the game...
I think it needs to happen, that's what I think.
Yeah, I'm very much hoping that it's real and more importantly that it's for Wii U, as it'd be a good start for finally making some use of the GamePad.
This is exactly the kind of thing that Nintendo need to get on Wii U, software with an emphasis on user generated content and customisation.
I actually took those vids using an iPad. At least we can easily take direct-feed screenshots.
Fun fact:
Playing this game caused my 3DS Camera to reach the 3000 image limit!
And remember this?
I also used the photo tool in Tomodachi Life to get the Mii heads for that image.
Yeah, you've really gotta be into the weirdness to get the most out of Tomodachi Life, otherwise...
My review is now up:
Be sure to check out the screenshot gallery too:

Oh, and here are some more vids from the concert hall:
Yeah, it's no way as effective as snaking was, but it does make a slight difference.Pretty much all of the top Time Trial ghosts are using it, but it seems less useful when playing against others.
Here's a GIF from the other day, when I was spectating before joining some N-E peeps. @f00had blocks @welsh_gamer's Red Shell with a reverse Boomerang and very nearly hits him with it too:
Who would want an NFC figurine of a generic Mii. But if Nintendo were to offer some kind of make your own Mii figurine service, now that would be a different story.
