  1. Special Edition GET! And ShopTo have redeemed themselves, after dropping the ball with Smash 3DS. They were very close to losing a customer. *rips Bayo 2 out its cellophane prison* Let's dance!
  2. Who did you order from, Nintendo Store?
  3. Same here!
  4. Not necessarily. It could just be the lower half of the character/vehicle that gets splattered in choc, and it could then gradually disappear when driving over the rest of the track, similar to how the characters currently dry off after having been underwater.
  5. @Fused King, as uninspired as Sticker Star was, if that is in actual fact the worst game you own, then you're doing alright.
  6. It's so weird how that's still a spoiler, but I guess quite a lot of people are just waiting for the Wii U version. Anyway, looking forward to seeing the vid, as I love that "new" character.
  7. Imagine if they did Choco Island 2 with its huge puddle, and the characters/karts actually got covered in chocolate when driving through that section. And the music, oh man... Audio Would be incredible if they recorded a live version of that. :awesome:
  8. Aaaawwweeesssooommmeee!!!
  9. Wow! That totally makes up for us not getting the game this year!
  10. Audio Best thing about that mode I reckon.
  11. You're right though, StreetSmash is rubbish.
  12. Yet? Would be amazed if that game got released in Europe. Anyway, how's everyone doing with the challenges? I've got 6 left to complete, 1 on the 2nd panel (the StreetPass one* ) and 5 on the 3rd. Not used any golden hammers though. *I swear, if I StreetPass one more person that has SSB as their recent software, but hasn't enabled StreetSmash, I'm going to go crazy! Getting increasingly tempted to set up a SP relay using my own Wi-Fi just to finally complete that "challenge".
  13. Ouch.If you're getting it online, you should've ordered from ShopTo. Hell, even Amazon would be way quicker than that.
  14. Yeah, I'm just not a fan of the gauntlets really. Will keep trying though, and be sure to use the 4xY+X combo you mention for Argorok's weak point. : peace:
  15. They must be saving that to include it in the European Nintendo TVii direct.
  16. Where's da hype, people? Only 3 days to go!! :awesome:
  17. No need. Bayonetta 2 is as good as released, and after Smash that's it for Wii U in 2014.I suppose they could do a mini-direct for the MK8 DLC. Indeed. And make it online! Be funny if it actually was exclusively online.
  18. Daaaaaaamn.
  19. You only need all of Link's Lv.3 weapons to unlock...
  20. Good point. And I hope you're right, as words cannot describe how hyped I am for that SNES style F-Zero course! And all we've seen of it so far is this: Seeing it in motion/playing it is probably going to make me pass out.
  21. I still can't get A Rank on the stage that unlocks the Lv.3 gauntlets. KO's and Time are no problem at all, but I always take a bit too much damage because of bloody Argorok.
  22. Yeah. Pretty strange how that option was removed. Love Villager's expression in that last pic.
  23. I've now copied all of my retail game save data to the HDD, and also copied over my eShop version of MK8. When you copy data it gives you this message: Interesting. But at least this way if my HDD goes tits up I'll still have completed/recent save data on the system memory as a backup. And if my Wii U breaks I'll have a useless backup in the form of my HDD. Such a bizarre system Nintendo have got going with save data on the Wii U, really hope they can sort things out for the next system. If cloud storage isn't an option then we should at the very least be able to easily backup and (more importantly) restore our saves using a USB device.
  24. Just to clarify, the problem appears to be if you have save data on the system memory, not on a HDD. So far it seems that everyone using an external HDD gets automatic updates as intended, but those of us with save data on the actual system memory have to manually update software. Very strange. You'd think it would work with either option. In fact, I'd expect it to work better with the system memory.
  25. The majority of saves on my system memory started out there, as I didn't have a HDD until quite recently.I've manually moved a couple to the system memory since getting a HDD though, but now I'll probably just copy the data (for some titles) instead. It's such a shame we can't separate save data from software/patch data.
