Famitsu has some details on the game: From Gematsu.

Supposedly leaked pics from Smash Bros Switch: From 4Chan so take it with a spoon of salt.

When rowing that is always true. But if you refer to the times, I think you need to do the math again. :P

2 km row 7:09. Quite pleased as my fastest 1 km row is 3:27. Apparently, sprint row is not really my thing.

I wrote this two years ago. Now, I have one week left before I have to hand in my master thesis and am almost done with it. I have an oral exam on June 8th and will after this point in time have not one but two masters. In connection with this I got a pay raise of about 7 % which is quite alright, and also got promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Now I just hope that I can put my skills to good use or that some cool company wants to headhunt me. ^^ Also, regarding the children: Such foresight! My wife is giving birth in two months to our first child. In the meantime, we also got married (had first anniversary last Sunday). So yeah.

I'd forgotten how nice it is to squat. It's been a while since I last did backsquats as I haven't been doing weights sessions for the past half a year or so - mainly going to classes that also had some weights in it. So I was pleasantly surprised when I actually managed to do 86 kg on backsquat for five reps the other day (did 5x5: 70-80-80-80-86) which apparently is a new record for 5 reps according to FitNotes which I've been updating since January 2016. I think I could have done 90 kg as well if it wasn't for my fear of the enxt part of the workout: every 6 minutes for four rounds we did 400 m rowing and 400 m running and then break until the next 6 minutes started. Did all rounds at about 3 minutes each.

Has XX even come out in Europe yet? Is this releasing over here?
-
Launch trailer: Still no news of the Switch-version, sadly.
-
I booked tickets for this on Thursday - I was litterally the only one to have done so in one of the more popular cinemas in town - and at a good time of the day (6:40 PM). I'm really looking forward to it, it looks good, though one of the best movie ever? Not a chance.

This is out now, and an English trailer has been released: I've tried it for 15 minutes or so and beated the first league. Seems like a good time-waster but it's too random with too little to do for the player. The game basically plays itself once booted. It feels more like a Tamogotchi with Magikarp.

Oh yeah. Had to build a serious lead on the other tracks to win that one... Always ended up beside the road on the last turn before goal but got lucky in the end and only fell to third place or something similar. I finally got all gold on 200cc. Never going to bother with that mode again, it's terrible... But now Time Trials feel SO slow compared to 200cc.

New trailers!

Now that you guys have completed the story mode, I ask again:
-
Do you know if the story mode just continues the story from the first game or if you have to have followed the comics to get something from it? I don't have any console to play this on but really enjoyed the first one so might watch the story mode on Youtube once it's there at some point. But I haven't started reading the comics (I have the first two complete volumes) so I don't want anything spoiled.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Wii U / Switch

I'm at the 100 shrines mark now, exploring the Hebra region for the first time. Got between 150 and 200 Korok seeds and only missing two spots in the weapons inventory. I have not found the fourth Great Fairy Fountain so my best armor is a three star-rating. I only need to do the Rito beast and find the last memory in Hyrule Castle (never been there). Play log says more than 70 hours. I'm still enjoying it immensely! -
I'm expecting a price around £80.

Spider-man Homecoming doesn't have a thread? Anyway, new clips from the movie:

Or get a OnePlus 3T. It's a really good phone - and quite cheap for its specs. Edit: Oh.. it's far more expensive in UK than here in Denmark - it's usually the other way around. Still, consider it. It's a good phone!

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Wii U / Switch

Actually, I think the story in this is really great - the memories at least. They show a really nice development in Link and Zelda's relationship and Zelda has finally become a true character with feelings and frustrations, far better portrayal than in any other game in the series. I thoroughly enjoy it - I still need to collect the last memory (the one in Hyrule Castle, I think) but I'm looking forward to it and will watch all the memories in order once I have them all. -
Since learning that Gold Mario can be unlocked by just getting gold on every cup in 200cc, I've been working at it and it's actually not that bad. Got 5 gold trophies now and started from the back with the DLC (which I think is harder in 200cc) so I think I can manage the rest. I didn't get three stars but that's alright. I've had a few lucky wins but that made it even more exciting.

I'm up to 85 Shrines at the moment and has just done the third Divine Beast (Zora's Domain, Gerudo Valley, Death Mountain). Will try to find that long side-quest with the carpenters soon and look for some more Shrines. Also, I only need one more memory to complete - I think it's in Hyrule Castle, though. -
Soreness is not dangerous. But that said, you shouldn't be sore for more than two, max three days. If that's the case, you are working it too hard and need to rest. If you are feeling sore, go do a lighter workout or something that only secondarily activates the muscles that are sore. E.g. if you are sore from squat, deadlift instead. I hate not being sore, though. I feel lazy when I'm not because I think that I didn't do well enough in the last workout. I've done an 80 kg clean and split jerk now. That was awesome and heavy! I'm 68-69 kg bodyweight so I feel rather good about the 80 kg.

Ah, so it's just a gold cup in 200cc? Now far more manageable. Might actually bother then. Thanks!

Same here. I can't even three star 150cc - I keep getting screwed by CPU. Yesterday, I got 57 points (which is 2 stars) because I got bombarded by a blue and a couple of red shells just before goal on Mount Wario. Seriously, getting three stars is more luck than skill. I can't even imagine doing it in 200cc.
