300 gay? i suppose if all gay men stood in their pants fignting then it would be gay.

seriously, if it was semi dressed woman it wouldent be lesbian. its not like they spoke or acted in a gay manner, but apparently not wearing a shirt makes you gay.

top gun was gayer, brokeback mountain was gayer, lord of the rings was gayer. but apparently straight men without shirts is gay.

I'm not saying it's a gay movie, I'm just saying there's a few homo-erotic undertones in there.

I mean tight underwear, big group of men in that tight underwear thrusting their spears, crying, roaring and lots of sweating. You can't tell me there's not an homo-erotic undertone in their somewhere.

It has an amazing look to it, but that's it. The film just really bored me/made me laugh.

Most of them used ot do each other anyway. To make their fighting better, by having to look out for a lover, or something like that. I've never seen it, and can't be bovved.

Juno 9/10

A really nice film. Very funny too. I loved it all, and Ellen Page as usual wastes. No flaws to speak of really!

Exactly, they did it to "boost morale" or something as far as I know.

Red Eye

Such a great movie. Tense, nice plot, and some pretty good acting from the two leads. I love these tension filled, thriller sort of movies. One of my favourite movies.

8.4/10

Guest Stefkov

Deja Vu

Loved it. Loved all the talk about space and wormholes and the bridging between two points in time. So much so I just bought it on DVD.

I wasn't refering to the typing.

Haha, damn I feel utterly useless now. *High Fives all round*

American Pie: Beta House

I watched this one last night aswell, but I'd completely forgotten. One of the shittest movies I've ever seen, I literally would rather rip my eyes out than have to endure it again.

Two films seen tonight.

1.Sorority Girls and the Creature from Hell: Kind of what you'd expect from the title. Low budget, bad acting, laughable effects and soft porn. However it seemed like they actually wanted to make a decent suspenseful horror movie, apart from for that to happen you'd actually need a script..... and a plot.

Taken seriously 1 boob out of 10

Not taken seriously 6 boobs out of 10

2. I, Robot: Not at all bad. Better than I had been led to believe. Had a decent mix of action and intrigue with a fairly decent plot.

7/10

You really think so? Awesome! Everyone I've shown it to thought it "took to long to get good" or "wasn't scary". Damn people with no taste, damn them.

I quite liked it an all.

Though i always get it confused with another film i saw around the same time; both thrillers about a woman on a plane...

Was Red Eye the one where the guy sitting next to her was a terrorist and was trying to get her to make a room change at her hotel so an assassination coukd take place? Oorr

Was it the one with the one where she had a kid, and they'd set her up and made her think the kid was never on the plane? (ect)

Not a terroist, just some guy sort of helping them. Yes, thats Red Eye.

The other one is Flightplan, another good thriller. Though Red Eye is better, because of the two leads performances and the fact it's a little more...gripping/scary, and the line at the end of the movie is awesome too.

Bob Taylor: [still moaning after the top floor of the hotel had exploded] You want us to fill out a comment card?

Lisa Reisert: Yes, I do... and after you finish, you can go ahead and just shove it up your ass.

Aahh flightplan, yep that was the other one i was thinking about.

Can't remember too much about either though, saw em years back in the cinema. But yea, i remember it being pretty tense. What was the end line?

Edit: oh right gotcha :D i remember that bit now lol

Hehe, yeah, it wouldn't be that funny in a comedy film, but after all the chasing/tension/being nice to rude guests still, when she comes out with that it always cracks me up. (Plus the quality of the movie is raised by the fact she's almost too attractive:p)

Thriller type movies are awesome, when done right.

I really wanted to see it when it came out, and I had to drag my friends there, But they loved it as much as I did. :yay:

I should really get it on DVD.

It's fantastic seeing Hugo Weaving before he became Agent Smith. :D Plus, Guy Pearce, too. Both on their early careers. :D Fascinating!

QFT. Seeing this film has really raised my opinion of these guys as actors, after seeing them play a diverse range of roles, from the ever serious Agent Smih to a drag queen. It really takes some talent to be able to pull of such a wide range of roles so well (unlike Orlando Bloom and Hugh Grant, who play the same character in every single film they are in).
