The new courses are available now, which means you'll need to update the game before you can play online. So for all you people who like jumping in at the last second for these sessions, make some time to do that.

Now, it's quite short notice, so I may not be able to get a graphic done in time. So I'm gonna post the theme night in text form for now.

GP1 (Turnip Cup)

Tour - New York Minute

SNES - Mario Circuit 3

N64 - Kalimari Desert

DS - Waluigi Pinball

GP2 (Propeller Cup)

Tour - Sydney Sprint

GBA - Snow Land

Wii - Mushroom Gorge

Sky-High Sundae

GP3

Wii - Coconut Mall

Why is Coconut Mall there? You'll see.

Yes, quite miffed with that. I mean, I get it, but it would've been nice to blindside some people.

Spoilers: they haven't de-babified the escalators.

Fixed it to annoy Glen and his inward drifting bike.

Megaton revelation. @Glen-i having an inward drifting bike explains a lot.

Nothing is stopping you from embracing ultimate cornering technique.

...Except for two tracks... and off-road tracks. Although those just require some finesse. There's no hope with Dragon Driftway and Big Blue though.

I like the inclusion of the bikes. Once I got used to the cornering, I played with them a lot on MK Wii with the wheel. At the moment I'm okay playing Mario Kart again but I'll never say never to going back to two wheels and tilt controls.

Sky High Sundae is a Fall Guys rip-off

Yeah I also got a Fall Guys vibe from it! Anyway great night, and I love the new tracks. A better pack than wave 1. Some highlights:

Someone mentioned it's more a rip-off of Wreck-It Ralph.

Thanks for the games.

Great set of new tracks.

I realise that I picked GBA Snow Land again on the third GP, this was because two players got DC'd and missed the track... ::shrug:

...the picking of Big Blue again though? Yep, that time I wasn't paying attention, so that deserves a frown.

Anyway, it was great to have twelve players in the game for most of the races. :D

Here's a link to this week's stream... :peace:

Yep, along with Sweet Sweet Canyon these remind me of Sugar Rush from Wreck it Ralph, which by the way was ripe for a racing game based of levels from that, I still don't know why we didn't get it.

Anyway, enjoy

And this last one I am very proud of

Full room. That's nice to see. 😊

Indeed. The full house for the Wave 2 inauguration was great to see. :yay:

Can see that too. I was wondering if Vanellope Von Schweetz was lurking somewhere in the background until the whole suspended in midair aspect took precedence for me and it seemed more like a Fall Guys race.

Always thought that too. In fact, I've just looked it up and there was Sugar Rush Speedway. ::shrug:

Just hopping it ot let you know i'm interested in joining next week. Got the pass downloaded so i'll get familiar with the tracks throughout the week.

It's all right if you don't get familiar with them because if you're at the back then you'll be on @S.C.G's stream. ;)

Here are the highlights that I didn’t get round to posting last night…

The last one is the best.  Pure beauty in motion

It's the fact that he blatantly waited until the last moment! That's just spiteful!

The worse thing is that at the corner going into the car obstacles, I caught a glimpse of that red shell behind him, and there was not a damn thing I could do to block it!
